I rate each section of any place I visit from (1) as worst to (10) as best...
-STAFF & SERVICE:- (8) most the staff were fast, happy, anntiative, initiative and accommodating, English skill was ok with some of them.
-ATMOSPHERE & COMFORT:- (3) there was no air-conditions, only some movable air cool fans here and there next to the table which was absolutely uncomfortable.
-MANUE AND FOOD VARIETY:- (5) at first glance the manue would look to have a lot of choices but as you go through you would see that same dishes has been repeated In different pages.
-FOOD TASTE & QUALITY:- (3) some of the food was ok others were tasteless, over all it was too much deep fried oily, unfortunately seems the oil that has been used to cook the food wasn't healthy at all as me and my partner got a stomach upset and uncomfort afterward, my stomach is a food quality detector, right a way I can tell if the food was good, bad, or unhealthy, however, this time were 2 stomachs confirmed it.
-COAST & VALUE:- (2) too expensive for this kind of foodvand it's taste, for this much you may eat in 2 different restaurants more delicious food.
-CLEANLINESS & HYGIENE:- (7) haven't spotted anything visible except a small flying insect passing by.
My total rate for this place is (4) out of (10)

I also hope the restaurant's owner would take this review as positive feedback, to observe, understand and fix those negative points for better results in the future.

Read moreReally horrible service. I took a slice of cake out to show my dining group about a dessert. It was still in the box and the next moment, the waitress came over to place the sign in front of me to show that there will be a 100 baht charged for outside food.
First of all, I was not even consuming or intending to consume the cake (cake was still in the box). I'm not sure what was she insinuating but that is no way to treat a customer. This is not a place where someone spends 500-1,000 baht per meal. And considering it is a relatively famous place for Thai seafood, they really can do better with customer service.
Strongly suggest for the management to send this particular staff for re-training. Her service is poor even before we've started ordering and ruined the dining experience even before we start.
I don't recommend people coming to this restaurant espeically for any celebrations because they're inflexible and do not understand the concept of dining out especially in the post-covid world.
Update: wow this place is really bad. Mid-meal, the glass cup cracked ... 😲 that's crazy and super dangerous. Anyone can easily get...
Read moreI think their standard is dropping and is out of my expectation. Usually I will always recommend this seafood restaurant since I have tried years ago. Firstly, the restaurant seem smaller and the air conditioning doesn't seem working. The ventilation depending on portable cold air and fans. As for the food we have ordered like fried curry crab. The curry sauce doesn't taste as good, could only tasted a bit of sweetness without the fragrance. The crab used are mostly killed and keep inside the refrigeration for more than 8 hours, you can't find any freshness. We have also ordered fried frog leg with garlic. The standard is equally bad. The frog legs are overcook and dry, worse is the meat equally tasteless, must be stored it for more than couple of days. Fried Oyster should be one of their best dish but when it served, could smell over cook burning. The Oysters are a bit dry. I will not coming back to this place and not recommend...
