Went for Supreme Buffet option for lunch at Kuoen Yakiniku and Sushi Bar Brunch 1 @ Siam Square. Buffet includes a wide variety of Sushi, sashimi, seafood such as squid, mussels and prawns as well as Wagyu. My favourite was Volcano Sushi roll and Salmon salad in thai style. Wagyu cuts are pretty nice and goes well with provided dipping sauce. Salmon sashimi are quite fresh.
Buffet also included free flow drinks such as peach tea, green tea and soft drinks. Moreover, I love that we could eat free flow Haagen-Daz Ice cream and mochis. My favourite dessert was Strawberry Ice-cream and Mochi with Black Sesame paste.
Here comes to the parts that the restaurant must needed to improve which is Service!!!!!! We had to order through QR code provided and when we ask for Wifi, they said no Wifi available. Thank god we got our portable wifi. What if the tourists like us never had own portable wifi or SIM card? How will they order? Does it even make sense no wifi available in such a huge restaurant?? Please!
Another worse part was the dish we ordered had to wait for quite long and some of the dishes like Salmon sushi and salmon salad had to be waited for almost 1hour to be served while there were only our table and another 1 more table are occupied. I saw only 2 service staffs with 1 supervisor kind of while there were almost 4 chefs inside sashimi station and 2-3staffs inside kitchen and we had to wait for such a long time for the dishes!
Moreover, they also missed out the orders and we had to remind again and again that what are the dishes haven’t served yet. I cannot even imagine that how long we will have to wait for even a dish to be served when the restaurant is full.
Please do improve on the service part and the preparing time of the dishes and accuracy of the orders. The food was pretty perfect in terms of quality and taste despite of long waiting time while we had...
Read moreI came here during their 888 net buffet + unlimited oyster. Got a seat near entrance so it wasn't really pleasing, but understandable since restaurant was quite packed.
Overall, food was great. Fried and grilled stuff came quite fast. Pre-cooked menu are also(for sure) came fast. Sushi and sashimi were a bit on slower side. For some reason, miso soup came surprisingly slow and need to ask the waiter for it several time.
Always check what you have ordered and whether it came or not cause all of them might come together in one time(one plate). My friend order salmon sashimi. 20 mins passed, it didn't came so she order again. At the end of our meal, all sashimi came together.
I recommend to order everything you want in one order when you first came in except fried stuff, grill stuff and menu that could be pre-cooked like ribs, shashu.
Choice of drink are so-so. Two type of tea(they're sweeten), soft drink, and water.
Choice of dessert is kinda lacking. Only ice-cream are available and it wasn't great. Kinda hard and icy.
My favorite : Salmon sashimi, Mushroom menu, Kushikatsu cheese(it is surprisingly good), Oyster(excluded the fact about slow serving), Miso soup.
Menu that I found them a bit disappointing : All pork menu. They're quite dry, not enough sauce. Texture of pork in tonkatsu that I received was quite powdery(if that make sense). Tuna also wasn't really fresh.
My only big complain would be oyster. We order it the moment we enter the restaurant. One hour passed, we got everything we ordered on the first and second round but no oyster came. Need to ask waiter to check for them 3 times before it finally come at our last 30 mins.
Other than these complain, everything was fine. We inhale food too fast that I couldn't take any proper picture. Even decoration...

🍣 Discovered this creative Japanese restaurant inside Siam Square (All You Can Eat, made to order style), right next to BTS Siam Station. I stopped by for dinner on a weekday and ended up feeling really satisfied and happy.
✨ The interior is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Staff were quick, efficient, and polite—great service throughout the evening.
They offer three buffet tiers, and I went with the 599 THB option, which turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Initially, I didn’t expect too much, but the experience exceeded my expectations. Ordering is done via QR code 📲, and the menu is full of fun and eye-catching Japanese fusion dishes—from sushi, fried bites, and small plates to drinks, desserts 🍰, and even ice cream 🍦Chicken grills are awesome, juicy and tender 🍗😋
One creative highlight: I got to try grilled mochi (焼き餅) - something unique and quite memorable! Totally did not expect from dessert menu.
Each order is effiently honored and served, no tricks (unlike some buffet restaurant).
💡 Minor suggestion: While the digital menu looks very polished, I found it a bit unclear at first what menu were included in my buffet tier. A more visible guide or label indicating what’s included at each price point would really help first-time customers.
💳 paid using some brand credit card can enjoy discount (esp using some point) making the value even better. In the end, I paid less than 500b, about the same as a regular chain dinner, but had a much more exciting and creative buffet experience instead.
Thank you for the great meal and good vibes! I’ll definitely be back...
