Bar-B-Q Plaza Central Pattaya — Restaurant in Pattaya City

First off , good was good. Let’s get that out of the way for all of you who want to find a good place to eat , ( as you can see by the photos )but as in many of my visits out what ruins the overall guest experience is the service . This place was jut much different from the rest , very little to no English , service was attentive for the first few minutes then poof , no server other than to being the next dish , even though the traffic running by the table was quite heavy at times. What most annoying here is I asked for the bill , only to receive a summary with no itemized details - excuse me? Then when asked to get the details was told , not their policy ( how often do I hear this excuse 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️) when we went to the cashier counter - we received a itemized bill to be only told - sorry you can’t keep It 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️.Well needless to say , we won’t be back to that place even though the food was good! Recommended. This bar-b-q plaza is located in Terminal 21 mall. It is one of many Korean bbq shops. Judging from the freshness of the ingredients, this restaurant provides some fresh curs of meet together with a rich variety of vegetables to put on your grill. The service is awesome and the waitress on out table was super helpful. We didn't know much about how to run the whole experience, so she graciously kicked start everything for us and showed us how to handle things before we were left alone to experience the whole thing. Arrived at 20:10 and the hostess just looked at us and said closed even on the door it says last order 21:30 close 22:00! Then when we pointed that signage out, she said ohhh I thought you want buffet. For a la carte we are still open! And the whole time she had a very un-welcoming body language.
