Similar to some of the reviews on the sloppy service, I want to try this place for some of the light bites for takeaway via online order on the Foodpanda app. The app notified after 20+ minutes after placing my order that it was cancelled for some reason despite the restaurant remained opened; but, after making my way walking from another address on Chaweng beach all the way to this restaurant and even chasing the staff numerous times with zero success in getting a basic service / solutions on my strangely cancelled order, I gave up. If management can't even be tossed to look into this simple problem, I can't imagine how much more frustrating it would be to actually order and unsurely wait on their services. Communication is a real flaw at this place and the staff are confused and so out of touch with any understanding and service mindedness. Further note, this big beach restaurant only had two tables during my visit. The team here is ineffective and just as unpassionate and unwilling to operate like normal restaurants for whatever the reason; but, ordering food shouldn't be a hardship for...

Al's Beach Bar's is a special place! It was on our list for the trips, since we knew we wanted to see a fire show. We decided to go early, since it fills up. It's highly recommended to come a few hours before the show, get some drinks and food, and enjoy the sunset. The people was friendly, the seats comfortable, and the view incredible. We were lucky to havr a really cear evening with a beautiful orange sky during sunset. (The brach faces north, si the sun doesn't set into the water, but the colors in the sky are incredible).
