AT25 — Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

Experience was not great for a first time on Friday, June 23rd, around 2:00 p.m. restaurant seemed desolate. There was no one to greet/seat us, after we walked through the entire place- one side to the other. There were men in suits showing some others around (apparently more important than us) but nothing was said until we looked as thought we were walking out to exit. Only after this, one of the workers appeared and began dialogue. Service was slow and one of the servers was new, which caused delay & confusion. Best bites discount was not being honored at the time, even though it appeared on the BB site (apparently the contract expired). Through all the disappointment, my friend and I were able to speak with a manager. He was understanding of our complaints and did offer some compensation. It was the right...

When we visited the bar, they have an offer, 10 drinks and a platter for only AED99. It’s a great deal. You won’t regret.

The place is relaxing. It does not have the noisy and loud bands just a DJ who plays nice songs. The DJ actually ensures that the sounds suit the guests considering their “ERA.” So, you can still talk with your friends.

Shoutout to Lakshika (hope I got the name right) for her kind and very accommodating attitude. It was just a simple dinner with the fam, but she made sure we were well taken care of. The team even surprised us with a complimentary chocolate birthday treat for my husband and son 😊. Keep up the great work! By the way, the Super House Salad...
