Kuzbara — Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

It’s been a long while that we have tried any brunch at a good place. So this Friday we thought to get back in brunches. We came to know that kuzbara restaurant in Marriot Downtown Abu Dhabi has started offering a different type of brunch. They have three categories Eat, Play and Laugh. They’re all related to brunch only but with extended beverages (of all types), and access to the play and bar area at the end. They give you a band according to the selection of brunch. We chose Eat and so were given. Pink band. They have an extended menu in their brunch covering different cuisines. They welcome you with welcome drinks 🍸 then there’s bread corner, cold beverages counter, hot curries bar, Thai food, love sea food station where you can ask them to cook the food according to your taste, choice of soup that you can make your own, bbq station, Mexican food station, salad bar, fresh garden salad bar, Indian food station, cheese and fruit station, dessert station, ice cream corner and other drink preferences. The food was good in taste and presebtable. Their staff starting from manager till waiters all were present minded and hospitable welcoming and escorting their guests with a warm and pleasing smile. They’re jam packed so better to reserve the table before going there. O yes! Not to forget they had a play area for kids too where the young ones can play but unfortunately it was not supervised by any supervisor so you have to be with your younger ones there in order to keep an eye on them but for big ones it’s okay. Back to serve up a fun brunch, @marriottdowntownad has relaunched its popular weekend brunch; Yes you heard me right !! Eat, Play, Laugh is returning to Kuzbara, focusing on all three elements of the ultimate brunching experience ; Good food, Good drinks and Good times.

As we pulled up to the entrance of the swanky hotel, our expectations were sky-high – after all, it’s not everyday that a Friday brunch offers games and a resident DJ all under the same roof.

There is a strong mix of international cuisine on the brunch menu with carvery stations and a stacked seafood bar, South-East Asian street food,Malay-Thai delicacies, aromatic Indian dishes, sushi,pizza & pasta.

The buffet had everything we could possibly want – from the classic tandoori chicken to game-changing chicken wings – if you have a sweet tooth, be prepared to linger around longer at the dessert station.

Plus, keeping you busy and offering some entertainment, you can also play a range of games including giant Jenga, darts and fusball while you enjoy the spoils.

So, with plenty to eat, play and laugh about, I would definitely recommend Marriott Downtown’s Friday brunch to anybody looking for a fun and fabulous feast on a day off.

The superb Eat Play Laugh brunch is finally back again at Marriott Downtown Abu Dhabi and its even better than before.

Its now the Eat Play Laugh Party Brunch with the addition of an after party at Velocity.

They have seriously upped their game more variety of food and the flavors are spot on.

The Gin Trolly still makes its rounds with the master mixologist, Ryan, expertly whipping up any drink you desire.

There carvery has amazing Rib Eye steak, short ribs and oh, those Yorkshire Pudding, wow

The Laksa was one of the best we have had ever and the sushi is to die for.

We just couldn't get enough of the chaat at the Indian station and the excellent butter chicken is a must.

Great salad selection a stunning cold seafood counter dripping oysters and lobster tails, loved it.

Don't forget to try the grills station where they grill the lobster and steaks to your order, amazing.

So much to try and each item is a masterpiece.

The managers, Robin and Souvik work the room all thru service, checking in on the guests and spending time with them, it was like meeting old friends, makes it extra special.

You have to go to experience this which is one of the best brunches in Abu Dhabi.
