Went out for valentines with my wife to dine in here because we are customers of this brand since 2 years back.. We had a nice time in al ain branch in jimi mall particularly as i remember when we first tried famous dave’s, staffs were attentive food was superb and everything..Not to drag you guys down, because i believe it could have been more better, if everyone was focusing on what they should have been doing. It was a different story this time in al wadha mall branch. The lamb shank was cold and rice with it was not even warm and was plated like in a un appetizing manner. Side dishes i ordered were also cold, the macaroni and cheese was watery because of the pasta not being drained properly . Food that we got was incomplete until we finished our dinner and just canceled the remaining dish. The brisket was nice though and was the only thing we really enjoyed. My wife was asking tissues to 4 different individuals before even getting it. I know for my self what went down there. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Famous Dave's Alwahda Mall, and I must say, Kamal, our waiter, turned a good evening into an unforgettable experience. From the moment we were seated, Kamal's attention to detail was evident. He was not only knowledgeable about the menu, offering excellent recommendations, but also attentive to our needs without being intrusive. His timing was impeccable – he seemed to appear exactly when we needed him, yet we never felt rushed.
