We’ve had the pleasure of dining at Amaseena six times this Ramadan—and we’re already planning to close the holy month with them as well. That alone says a lot, but this place deserves every bit of praise and more.

From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed like family. The team knows us by name and always makes us feel extra special. The warmth and professionalism of the staff are unmatched, with a special shoutout to Sue and Zurra, whose attention to detail and genuine care have made every visit feel like a celebration.

Chef Tawfik and sous- chef, Zaid are truly culinary artists. Their talent is evident in every bite—from the rich, flavorful main courses to the beautifully presented appetizers and mouthwatering desserts. The buffet is nothing short of spectacular, combining authenticity with creativity and variety in every corner.

The restaurant manager, Vanessa is a force of nature, professional, pleasant, and full of energy. You can feel her leadership reflected in the seamless operation and positive energy of the entire team.

The ambiance is another highlight. With elegant décor and soft traditional music playing in the background, Amaseena captures the spirit of Ramadan like nowhere else. Everything comes together so perfectly that it’s hard to leave.

So so disappointed. This was our first hotel iftar this year. We chose the ritz, thinking that it has to be good. I was very wrong.

After many years of visiting various beautiful iftars around dubai, this one was unbelievably drab and lack luster.

It is a few meters away from an active construction site, with huge cranes and construction noise constantly.

For 260 dhs per person, the food was boring and underwhelming. The selection was small and honestly the food did not taste good. All the food was cold unfortunately as it was windy.

The service was bad. No one was really around. It was iftar, and you would expect extra care for those fasting, but there was none of that. For example, no one poured your water, or came to check on you.

The dessert selection was poor. Small platters of a few pastries that were smashed when we got there. The rest was baklawa etc.

They had an ice cream fridge which looked nasty. There were dead bugs inside the fridge and it looked grimey.

We did mention all this directly to the manager. We told him how disappointed we were, he literally had no response. We paid and left.

If I could compare it to something, it would be like being at a 2star restaurant someone near the creek. Same set up, same food quality.
