Boardwalk — Restaurant in Dubai

Ambience: Beautiful location, magnificent view of the water and creek. Definitely one of my most favorite parts of Dubai as I have so many childhood memories. I love the design , the structure, location and the vibe of the place. ⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️

Food: This was my fourth time going to this restaurant after 2 years. The food used to be better, much more fresh than it is now. The starter was ok, the pizza was not bad but the dessert ( brownie) wasn’t fresh at all and didn’t even taste good. It’s such a shame To have to eat a bad quality food in such a beautiful place. ⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️

Service: One of the most disappointing services I have ever experienced. I made a reservation few days back and asked for a table in the front at the edge of the water with the full view of the water as I had guests flying in that night. To my surprise I was given one of the worse tables on the deck. And when I told the two ladies in the front desk they gave me an excuse and told me that they can not promise a table to anyone. I told them if i would have been told this when I called to make a reservation , I would have considered another restaurant and wouldn’t bring my guest there to be disappointed . What was very disappointing to me was the attitude of the two ladies in handling the issue. I have never asked for a manager in any restaurant because so far regardless of the scale of the issue the teams have been professional enough to resolve the issue without the management intervention but due to the lack of experience of the ladies in charge I asked to speak to the manager but they avoided calling the manager . Their refusal to call the manager was very surprising to me.
