Always an Amazing Experience at Vero!

I’ve been coming to Vero at Hilton Jumeirah Beach for a while now, and honestly, it never disappoints. Every single time, the food is just perfect — fresh ingredients, amazing flavors, and beautifully presented. Whether it’s the seafood, pasta, or desserts, everything is consistently spot-on. You can tell the kitchen really knows what they’re doing.

But what really keeps me coming back is the service. The staff are incredibly attentive and always seem to know what you need before you even ask. They’re proactive, friendly, and genuinely happy to help — which makes such a difference. It’s that rare kind of service where you feel completely taken care of without it feeling over the top or forced.

I’m convinced that this level of consistency and care comes down to the amazing leadership of Bojana, the Restaurant General Manager. Every time I’ve been there, I’ve seen her working the floor, checking in on guests, and making sure everything is running smoothly. You can tell the staff really respect her, and that energy comes through in how they treat the guests. It’s clear that Bojana sets the tone for the whole team — her attention to detail and high standards are what make Vero such a standout spot.

In a city with no shortage of great restaurants, Vero keeps pulling me back because it’s not just about the food — it’s the whole experience. Amazing food, top-notch service, and that personal touch you don’t find everywhere. Huge credit to Bojana and her team for making every visit...

Just left from Vero restaurant. First time at this restaurant and last. All people in our group where very disappointed. We had brunch with the restaurants' set menu. Service was extremely slow, our table was left without food, just after the raw seafood platter which was quite basic,( first in the menu) for 45 minutes! Then, the service brought a pasta and a risotto dish from which they served a tablespoon per person. Risotto was just boiled rice with veggies with no taste and the pasta was with seafood and tomato sauce, no seafood, super salty... After that, at some point, they brought the main course forgetting to bring the pizza course first. Main course was a fish piece of fillet ( not seasoned properly) and a piece of beef and chicken with some sauce on top, so dry we couldn't cut them in pieces. Most of them were left uneaten on the plates. The pizza dish was basic, unseasonal properly and rubbery. The dessert platter had a few cut fruit which where OK, some ice cream on top melting before we could have a spoonful and a few sweets like bite size chocolate cake and something like a bite size tiramissu and one other which where not fresh. Except for the tiramissu. I'm not a fan of giving bad reviews but by writing this I'm hoping the restaurant makes important changes...
