After we had a disappointing burger nearby, we decided to stop here for some dessert (we had checked a few other nearby dessert places but they had very low food hygiene ratings, we chose Creams as it had a 5 star hygiene rating!) My wife got the milk chocolate cookie dough with ice cream. Bit surprised when it came that it was obviously 3 cookies that had been melted in the bowl, however it tasted really really good. Was a nice portion for the price and had plenty of chocolate sauce on top and we added the portion of whippy ice cream for 50p (which was lovely and milky) I got a coffee ice cream milkshake which was also really good (2 scoops of their coffee ice cream blended with their lovely whippy ice cream). It was really thick and tasty. The women serving were really friendly and we enjoyed our treats. Would definitely recommend this place, and we will come back if we're in Bath in future.

Creams Cafe is my go to dessert spot, and it never disappoints! The restaurant is spacious, spotless, and offers a great variety of dishes. Their rich hot chocolate drink and generously topped Oreo donut are always a treat. I would also highly recommend the sticky toffee pudding-decadent until the last bite and the flavorful salsa chicken pockets. Very Yum they are!!! I dine in daily, enjoying the calm atmosphere to get my office work done without ever feeling rushed. The hardworking girls here are incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing quick and excellent service. Huge thanks to the team for creating such a warm and enjoyable experience. Your hard work truly makes a difference. A must-visit for dessert lovers!

Creams Café offers a cozy and vibrant atmosphere, making it a popular spot for indulgent desserts. However, the service can be a bit slow, with orders sometimes taking longer than expected, which might test your patience. The desserts themselves, while visually impressive and generously portioned, lean heavily on the sweeter side—almost to the point of being overwhelming for some palates. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience is enjoyable, especially if you have a sweet tooth and don't mind a leisurely pace. It’s a decent choice for a casual treat or a relaxed outing with friends.

I am absolutely livid, I’ll tell you that for free. Relaxing at home with the mistress (my favourite one) and I develop quite the sweet tooth. We find ourselves casually scrolling through Uber eats and stumble across what seems to be a ‘hot n cold’ Sundae special? Inviting at the very least. We spend the next half an hour frantically watching the world go by as we anticipate what we expected to be something quite extraordinary. However, 38 minutes later I find myself writing said review in a state I can only describe as gut wrenching despair. The ‘hot n cold’ extravaganza consisted of lukewarm ice cream and rock solid frozen chocolate cake. In fact, it took me 3-4 minutes to find the missing lump as it struggled to swim in the endless pool of ice cream the temperature of magna. £11.50 I paid for this cream no ice & not so hot chocolate cake and I can’t imagine the mistress will be wanting to split the cost with me any time soon. We’ve been on the rocks as it is, I can sense this being a potential last straw for the two of us. You owe me £11.50 & a new concubine. Even Brucey Bogtrotter would have turned the other way, despite the...

Myself and 3 mates came to have pudding on Sunday and had the worst experience we could imagine. Me and my partner have come before and have problems but today was by far the worse.

We ordered our food and the place had a couple of others already inside. Service took a long time which was a bit disappointing.

Nobody was paying attention to what orders went where. We had a cookie dough waffle with NO cookie dough in it. 3 members of staff went on to telling us it was white cookie dough when we complained. We waited 40 minutes for a banana milkshake ( "tasted like warm bath water") and a smoreo which took 3 attempts to get correct.

Your staff were very rude and were throwing the plates on the table after we complained about waiting time and what was incorrect.

Apart from this food was ok. Very disappointed and would probably not come again!

What a...
