Visited multiple times during both weekdays and weekend mornings. This Caffè Nero offers a reliable and enjoyable coffee experience in Chester. Atmosphere: The café is typically quiet on weekday mornings, with a slight increase in busyness on Saturdays. Despite this, finding a seat was never an issue. Service: Staff consistently provides quick, friendly, and efficient service, maintaining the expected Caffè Nero standard. Cleanliness: The place was always clean and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant visit each time. Coffee: As expected from Caffè Nero, the coffee offering is consistent and satisfying for those seeking their caffeine fix. Overall, this Caffè Nero branch in Chester delivers a consistently positive experience. It's an ideal spot for both quick coffee runs and longer, relaxed visits.

Cafe housed in the lobby of a former cinema, large and airy, high ceilings and panoramic street corner window. You have a great view of the street, so can really watch the world go by as you sip your coffee. Seems it's been mostly the same staff for the five years I've been visiting. That makes for a very consistent service. They are all friendly and one chap is particularly jovial, which makes for a great atmosphere. The tea is a particularly tasty brew. I like to have a cuppa with one of their muffins or the raspberry roulade, which is quite substantial. I would like to try the tiramisu next. It can get quite busy at the front, but the far end of the cafe can be quite peaceful, especially if you sit in one of the booths with the semi-circular high fabric seats. They soften the acoustics nicely.

Staff service was great and the order was what I wanted. Upon my visit I did notice that a delivery pickup was left on a table near the door for over ten minutes before it was collected by the driver. I would be aware if ordering delivery to keep that in mind as I can only imagine those drinks would be cold upon arrival. But the coffee shop itself was comfortable and enjoyable as I have found from my recent Caffè Nero visits.

Yeah, as a local guide, I checked the shop out. +fresh and good food. +Congratulations on getting the cortado right. -The toilets were in bad shape. ( I have photo) -An employee was working in an Adidas tracksuit and thought he was very smart :)

+The blue-eyed woman employee couldn't take his eyes off me, because we look alike :) I think he mistook me for himself. +Not a disabled friendly place, the door is difficult to open, but the disabled woman was able to carry the chairs because she was strong, she is very smart too :) Anyway I couldn't read the names, I liked it, I'll come once every 15 days. Accordingly, I will either comment nicely everywhere or express my complaints. Manners are not learnt, manners are earned. I am...
