Felt I had to leave this review as the lady who served us (didn't catch her name sadly) was absolutely fabulous I've never had customer service that friendly before I bought a candle to commemorate my dad's unfortunate recent passing and she was incredibly compassionate and friendly she really deserves a raise and the recognition she is an absolute asset...

I purchased a vase from this store back in 2003, it was a gift for my mother who is terminally ill. The gift was a vase, which was metallic/rustic in a smokey red & black blend of colour.. I paid £40 for the vase and it has mysteriously been misplaced... could anyone point me in the right direction so I could obtain a replacement?
