I had wanted to eat here for a while but never did. Finally came here on a date night to try here. My bf and family had told me this place was really good, so I went in with high hopes. When we got there, there wasn’t any one there to serve us and seat us down for a while which was a bit of a disappointment. However that was resolved and the waiters were very apologetic. The interior of the place was very pretty and felt very warm. I got the King Prawn Massaman Curry which was part of their new menu. The food did take a very long time to come which didn’t bother me too much as I had already had a snack before going out, so I didn’t mind the wait, and the waiter came over to apologise multiple times. The food that did come out was so nice, and the perfect spice level for me. I would definitely recommend this dish. When we got the bill we also got a huge 50% discount to apologise for waiting times of the food, which I thought was very generous of the staff. I would definitely come again.

While looking for a place to have lunch, we came across Cosy Club, and it immediately drew us in with its eye-catching Great Gatsby vibe—opulent, vintage decor with a glamorous twist. The stylish lobby and grand staircase set the tone as we made our way up to the main dining area. The place was packed when we arrived, so we were glad we made a reservation. The customer service was top-notch—attentive and welcoming. We requested a table by the window, and the host happily accommodated us. For lunch, we enjoyed the Spanish Chicken, Steak, and Garlic Paprika Prawns—each dish was delicious and well-prepared. We also tried a Mojito and a Negroni, both of which were expertly made and refreshing. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience with a stylish ambiance, great food, and excellent service. We’ll definitely be returning.

So, visiting Chester for a few days and needed a breakfast booster ready for my adventures of the day. So after walking around an hour I decided to visit the little place called Cozy Club. Having a butchers breakfast with the promise of some treacle cured pork belly was inviting for me. It was like a cheeky come hither and see kinda thing. Anywho after getting a nice plate of breakfast with the treacle pork belly, I was absolutely satisfied the price at first did concern me a little as is pricer than the other places I seen but sorry the pork belly and the general flavours of the usual meats were just tasty and flavoursome. So if you're a visitor like me and in need of a breaky kick start for your day cosy clubs butchers breakfast is the way forward.

Whenever I am in Chester, and time allows, I usually head to Cosy Club for Breakfast, and today was no exception. The location is superb, I love the atmosphere, so inviting and friendly, there is always low level smooth jazz or easy listening playing in the background.

I don;t know what the recruitment policy is there, but whatever it is, it works. The staff are never less than excellent. Helpful, friendly, and always endeavour to be accomodating, even when I visit with relatives who have limited mobility. There is an elevator to help those with restricted mobility to access the 1st floor venue, though this was down for maintenance today.

The coffee is really superb, so much better then coffee shops on the high street, and sourced from a UK based roaster, and I indulged in the Classic grill breakfast. Everything was cooked and presented superbly, you could tell the source ingredients were top notch, the mushroom was exemplary, and the bacon / sausage were both very good.

If you find yourself looking for breakfast in Chester, you really should treat yourself to breakfast / brunch at Cosy Club, and the prices are very reasonable.

I should mention I have also visited Cosy Club in Bournemouth, and as nice as that one is, and as consistently excelent both staff and food are, I still rate Chester as my favourite.

Great job...

We spent NYE here while visiting Chester. What an amazing experience! Prior to traveling to the UK, I reached out to the restaurant regarding my daughters dietary restrictions. Even though it was a Pre Fixe menu, they were very accommodating and allowed her to select dishes from their regular menu. I emailed her requests. I did inform them that my husband was also gluten free. But since their NYE menu already contained plenty of options, he didn't need to order something different.

When we arrived, the host mentioned the special meal right away and acknowledged my husband's Gluten Intolerance. When we were seated the server also commented on the GF needs at our table. As it turned out, my daughter wasn't able to join us due to illness. So they applied the amount I prepaid for her meal to our bar tab. So that worked out perfectly!

The food was phenomenal! We enjoyed everything from the canapés to the dessert. It was probably the best meal of our entire 12 day trip to the UK. And our server was wonderful as well. I really can't say enough about the Cosy Club in Chester. Their service and food...
