Greggs — Restaurant in England

Just been into Greggs in HULL BUS STATION..Fast, friendly, efficient service by a lovely lady called ANGELA. Thank you. Not only did she take/ serve my order , in between waiting for coffee to be made....she did a load of jobs in between... smileing away. SUPE EFFICIENT. GREGGS I sincerely you VALUE the Angela's in your company? Because without them there would be NO GREGG. 26th Feb 2024. 2nd review. Popped to Greggs in Hull Bus Station this Early am. Yet again 1st class service, by Jack n Co male worker....supersuffiecent, friendly n oblidgeing... FANTASTIC TEAM WORK...Thank you....Simply the best. Respect to all! Back here today ( April 24). Service with a smile by FELIX, Service as usual prompt, friendly. Had sausage rolls, cooked to perfection, requested hot ones, that's just what I got, free-range egg sandwich n meal deal. The staff member who served me was great and very professional and had great customer service, she made an error on the till and accidentally cashed it off before charging me and she apologised and Went to get what I assume is her supervisor. The supervisor wasn’t rude to me at all but she was an absolute cow to the staff member and was berating her lowdly infront of the customers by saying “well you can’t charge him, there’s no transaction there because you already cashed it off” in a very condescending way. It was a simple mistake any of us can make and as someone who works in the hospitality industry I expected a bit more professionalism from a senior leader. The staff member was visibly put down about this encounter so I did whisper some encouraging words to her because I could see this supervisor had upset her. Couldn’t praise the memeber of staff who served me any more though her name was Catherine and she was an angel who doesn’t deserve to be spoken to in...

Love Greggs there is a veriety of foods available. You can pig out or chose healthy options. They give you the calories in each product too if you are on a calorie controlled diet. One of my favourites is the festive bake but that's only available at Christmas, which just makes you want it more. Everything is delicious. I like that you can buy gift cards too. Helpful, friendly staff...
