The Kingston — Restaurant in England

Been in this lovely pub plenty of times & had a great time. Today, what a disaster.; IGNORANT BAR STAFF with no customer experience what so ever. I asked for glass like the guy before only to be told its plastic. Lo & behold only next to me they were serving in glasses. When I pointed this out I was just ignored & the ignorant young girl just moved on to the next customer. Needless to say I moved on next door. I can understand the plastic situation but let's...

Packed packed packed on the weekend, you can't sit down and it's really loud but that's not such a bad thing, it's a really British pub. It smells like it, it looks like it, it's real. I go to Dubai and places, they try to get the look of a real pub but can't. Big big thumbs...
