Tony's Grill — Restaurant in England

Spat on pizza and refused refund and very bad customer service .

I paid for pizza and chips and asked for extra jalapinos. He then charged me extra 70p for extra jalapinos but didnt tell the guy making pizza so when i recieved pizza i opened it and asked why iv paid extra for a normal amount. As he was talking he spat on pizza which i saw and he noticed i seen it so i said il have a refund he said no your not having refund with a bad atitude. He said we will make new one . He went in the back out of view for a while where pizzas are made and because of the way he treated me i dont know if he is doing something to my new pizza and why he has started speaking in his own language when6 they speak perfect english so i walked out and had to go pay for another pizza somewhere else. RUDE STAFF SPEAK TO YOUNG GIRLS DISGUSTINLY .SUGGESTING FREE FOOD FOR WHAT . I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND. WHEN I QUESTIONED THEIR BEHAVIOUR . THE REPLY WAS LIME A BUNCH OF SAVAGES .VERBLY AND PHYSICALY RUDE .I ASKED TO SEE THE FOOD FROM TJE BAYMARINE DRENCHED IN WATER AD IT WAS NEAR CLOSING TIME AND THE MEAT ON THE BURNERS WAD BEING DISMANTELED AND WRAPPED IN BSGSTHEY PICKEDOFF THE FLOOR .IF I WAS A HEALTH INSPECTER THEY WOULD OF BEEN CLOSED DOWN IMMEDIATLY.The food in the chiller was not wrapped and placed in a seperate chiller ligjts out and when i looked in window the unsold food was sat uncovered. I personally have no complaints about Tony's Grill. We have used them for over a year and even tho we find small bits of cucumber in salad after asking for none, there is nothing else wrong. Food is always hot. Food is always good tasting. The drivers are very welcoming and chatty. My opinion, the kebab meat is the best I've ever had. I'm only knocking one star off because I believe if people see 5 stars then its not an actual review. If you take the time to read this all the way through and realise it is an actual review of my experience then I do rate them the best I have had in blackpool in over 8 years.
