Vudu Food X Weirdough Pizza — Restaurant in Great Britain

I’ve been twice now, and while the place has a cool vibe and decent prices, the food and service don’t quite hit the mark.

The pizza slices look inviting from the window, but when I got there, they’d clearly been sitting out for a while the cheese had that dried crust that tells you it’s been waiting too long. They reheated my slice, and while it was edible and structurally solid, it lacked much flavor. I went for the BBQ chicken, but honestly, it didn’t carry much punch.

What really put me off, though, was the attitude from the staff. The girl at the counter looked fed up before I’d even spoken, and her tone made me feel like I was bothering her just by ordering. I get that customer service can be draining I’ve worked in it myself but the least you can do is not make people feel like an inconvenience.

Overall, it’s cheap, quick, and fine for what it is, but I’d take Pommie’s Pizza any day. They do it better — flavor,...

We first met the Vudu team at the Ardingly Wedding Fayre in 2021 and decided to go with them for our wedding catering. Katy and her team provided all of the food for our wedding in August 2022 of around 150 people. I had absolutely no worries on the day and everything they promised us happened seamlessly. I particularly liked how everything was modular so we could easily pick and choose what we wanted out of the various services offered and of course the food was delicious and well presented. Hello, I visited this established when I was on my way to the station, asi entered it was very clean and fantastic music was playing, very relaxed and welcoming. I was greeted by a wonderful man called Joe. Very informative and friendly. I went for a standard cheese pizza, a real Choice to see how good the basics are.

It was magnificent.

Full of flavour, cooked right and served with a smile.

A premier pizza spot.

Can’t wait to try the rest.

5* experience all round.
