A very warm welcoming local curry house which I have always been with my family over the years. I always order Goan Wali Machli which is my favourite dish. Another one is Chicken Korma. Big portions and very authentic. All the curries are served warm with heated plate. Not to mention the naans and chapati are always freshly made. I would always recommend Bombay Flame to my visiting friends! Not to miss!

We had an amazing experience at Bombay Flame. My friend who has food allergies which normally makes a strenuous experience to find what she can eat was not a problem here. The waiter took time to explain what dishes she could have without modifications. On top of the extreme helpful and good service the food was amazing! So so so so delicious!

Small, friendly Indian restaurant with an absolutely huge menu. It was quiet when I went and service was very good. The waiter mentioned it’s difficult to predict when it will be busy so best to book ahead. Portion sizes are generous, and prices very reasonable. I enjoyed the food (chicken jalfrezi) and when the menu says it’s hot, it is!

Attempted to place an order on the website, rejected foreign phone number. When I called and reported the problem from my foreign mobile, the feedback was ignored by Muhid (who took the call).

Attempted to place an order over the phone, Muhid couldn't figure out a way to enter delivery instructions for the hotel. Muhid interrupted every sentence of mine (including my answers to his questions) thus repeatedly drawing his own incorrect conclusions regarding what he wouldn't let me tell him. He also complained I was costing him money (!) and asked me to call back 30 minutes later.

I have a voice that is somewhat 'distinctive'. I'm sure that had absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with the treatment I was subiected to by the man representing this business.

In the end I had a peanut butter sandwich and biscuits for dinner.

I suspect this review will cost Bombay Flame more than the £20 I tried to spend with them and certainly more than the £11 I wasted on roaming charges for a phone call I shouldn't have had to make in the first place.

I have no idea what this restaurant's food is like and because the customer service was so atrocious, I'll never find out. If you're hungry and have no UK phone number, your best bet is to save your time and look elsewhere for...

Avoid curry had no flavour just a big portion of over spiced rubbish and only one stingy popadom that was broken which may have not even been a full one, not to mention no chutney provided. Too much cold rice which had a funny taste to it like there may of been the residue of a chemical and a bit of old fried onion in the middle like they didn't clean the pan properly where they had the rice. Also a very uneasy feeling as soon as you enter the door the waiter/manager kept walking up and down as if they don't trust you in the place and i didn't like the way they put the bill on the table so fast without even so much as a smile. Also it's empty which is always a bad sign of a restaurant and the music is too loud in the place which isn't nice if you we're trying to have a conversation. I would ignore any other positive reviews they are most likely made up. ALSO the tiny onion salad wasn't nice as it had no proper seasoning or parsley chopped though it and it was chopped too fine. I've been to many Indian restaurants so I know good quality and what is very bad quality, if you want a Indian curry in the area I would recommend Vijays or the Holy cow, they...

Ordered a takeaway from Bombay flame as I have eaten there in the past and have always enjoyed the food. The takeaway arrived around an hour and 10 minutes after ordering. The food itself was terrible the most oily meal I have ever had, after every mouthful I had to wipe the oil off my lips so two mouthfuls in I couldn't eat anymore. I tried to take some of the oil out of meal but it was impossible as the whole meal was oil with 5 lumps of chicken and some sort of gravy that did not taste like any kind of curry sauce I have eaten in the past. I ended up eating dry naan bread as I couldn't even dip it into the oily mess.It has been a few years since I have had food from Bombay flame and the food has totally gone downhill in a massive way which is a real shame as the meals in the past were lovely. I will not be visiting or ordering any food from here again to be honest after this terrible experience and...
