After almost 40 minutes of waiting, we were shown to a table that hadn’t been cleaned properly. The surface was sticky, and the cutlery looked like it had been hastily wiped down.

We placed our order—four burgers and a couple of sides. We were really looking forward to the burgers, hearing so much about how they were a signature dish. But the service continued to slide downhill.

Our drinks took 25 minutes to arrive, and the food took even longer. After an excruciating wait, our burgers finally came—but they were nothing like what we’d expected. The buns were soggy, as if they’d been sitting in the kitchen too long. The patties were overcooked, dry, and tough—definitely not the juicy, flavorful burgers we’d been anticipating. One of my friends even found a burnt piece of meat in the center of their burger, which was impossible to eat.

When we finally tried to get the attention of a waiter, we were ignored. I waved down a staff member to ask about the state of our food, but they just glanced at us and said their nothing e can do and walked away. After another 15 minutes of silence,

As we waited for the bill, we realized just how much of a disaster the whole experience had been. The service was abysmal, the food was worse, and the overall vibe of the restaurant was one of total disregard for its customers.We left Chico’s Brick Lane hungry, frustrated, and completely unsatisfied. I wish I never had made that order. Delivery from hell.

Ordered few burgers from here only to find out when I had taken a bite the chicken was still RAW – it was not cooked through thoroughly or even cooked in the slightest. I would urge you all to not visit this restaurant there are plenty other options nearby where you will be risk free from salmonella.

I decided to go to the restaurant with the food I had ordered to show what was delivered to me. I was approached by one member of staff who allegedly was the manager and when I showed them the food he said “This is supposed to be like this” – where do you recruit your staff from? They clearly have no knowledge on the preparation of food in the slightest and if they think serving raw chicken is normal then this is cause for concern.

Staff undertrained – no value for customer service and lack communication skills.

I have been left traumatised by this and have had food poisoning after consuming the food. There is also no visible food hygiene scoring at the restaurant which I found out when I went to the store to confront them (I ordered via UberEats). I was also told by the Manager that this is not the first time this has happened which he admitted proudly. You are not fit to be operating as you clearly are breaching the food standards agency code of practice and by other reviews I can see this is an ongoing issue which they have yet to rectify.

Was waiting to visit this place since it opened and I finally had a chance to go and I'll never go again. Undercooked chicken, not just one of the burgers but of the chicken tikka thigh burgers. Firstly the burgers were cold when they came, the bun were not even warmer up or grilled as I over heard them asking the chefs, that did they warm it up and they said no, also the chicken was cold and then we asked to have it warmed up so they did but still wasn't warm.

Then we come to see the chicken was undercooked, so we asked for it to be sent back. Then a member of staff came, suppose the manager, and said that nothing is wrong with the burger and that's how it should be and that the pink colour is from the tikka colour, also the wetness of the raw chicken is from the 'juice'. Chicken is not meant to be chewy. Still the staff member wanted to prove to me it was fine and not undercooked by saying that maybe the veins made it chewy, there isn't meant to be ANY veins in a cooked chicken burger. The manager seemed arrogant, even after showing the pink raw chicken.

I would'nt be surprised if they're arrogant over their food because the way the owner has been replying to review, shows it.
