I stumbled onto this doner place while waiting for my coach bus, and since I was hungry. Being a fan of arab food, I entered the restaurant right away and knew what to get—the mix doner and lamb kofte, without a doubt. Sadly, someone purchased every lamb kofte that was available—mind you guys, there were like about ten pieces! It can only imply that it was exceptionally well-made. After that, I settled for mix doner, but I wasn't disappointed at all! Out of the roughly 25 doner places I've been to, this one was the best mix doner I've ever had. The meat was well seasoned without being overly salty, and it was really juicy and soft. In contrast to the prior restaurant where I ate, much of the food here isn't overly salty. The garlic sauce was excellent as well. Last but not least, their cosy dining area will let you appreciate your meal even more. I love it and will most certainly return when I'm in London again!

•Customer service was awful. We weren't checked on even once, and had to go to the till to raise our concerns while the only waitress there was on her phone. •We were handed the menus and served very passively. •We were asked to leave luggage at the door, without any assurance that they'll be kept an eye on - presumably because they didn't want their floors scratched up. That being said, I actually forgot it by the door, had someone else come back in and pick it up and they weren't even confronted. • We ordered one lamb doner and one lamb kofte, received one lamb kofte and a chicken doner after waiting about 20 minutes. They said that if we were to have our order corrected, it would take another 20 minutes. The portions, for the price, were tiny, and the quality like any other corner kebab shop charging £4 for the same dish, as opposed to the £10.95 we dished out per plate. • Would...

Don't normally ever leave a review ... but had no choice. Never will return here. Poor customer service, food quality was poor, the guy serving needs to learn basic customer service skills. I had my 2 children with me, no sign saying its extra to eat 10 yards away at the tables, after I've ordered he tells me it's nearly 50% more if I want to sit at the tables, instead made my children sit on these very uncomfortable chairs with the breakfast bar style table too high for my children to eat comfortably. My child fell & hurt himself but still the guy did not have the decency to say - eat at the tables to make it easy for the children. Atleast have some signs stating the extra cost of eating at the table area (there were no other customers - so not if we were taking someone's reserved table). Food was poor and children did not eat. Never again. Poor service. Spoilt a...

No meal deal. There are few vegetables. There was only 1 small piece of red cabbage and a small tomato. I asked for a döner and not a box. However, it was not served on a plate. The pita was not baked properly, nor is it made locally. The lamb was not freshly grilled, but taken from a dish, and the slices were twice as thick as usual. I took half the food back because I couldn't eat it. I should have paid more attention to the signs: 30 meters away, two restaurants are full of guests and the end of the line is on the street, and here I was the only guest. Ayran was good, but only because it was German quality. If you can, go to the supermarket opposite and buy a lunch menu. 10 times more delicious and costs a third.
