Overpriced, pretentious, lackluster establishment. The kind of place that does not have any prices listed for the products they sell, so you need to take them individually to the counter to check. The kind of place that charged me £270 for a root touch up, toner and blow dry. When I asked for a breakdown of the costs, the blow dry was £70! I have been to better salons than this one and never have I paid £70 for shoulder length hair. The kind of place that asks if i want to add a tip on top of a £270 bill! It all feels so pressured and not a pleasant experience at all After paying this exorbitant, inflated amount, I had to ring them within a week to tell them that my roots were all grey and needed a retouch again. They offered another appointment in 2 weeks but the time value cost of going back there was not worth it. I find this excessive greed...

Mia Cecily Told me that she could do the waves. As not expected she did not do my hair well, the way the hair looked after the blow dry was something that I could have done at home. I don’t expect the professional to lie when I ask if they can make waves in the hair.

I did enjoy the treatment however the blow dry wasn’t anything near for what I expected.

I usually do my hair in salon once a week in another salon. I wanted to give a try at SMUK.

I do believe the salon is good, in the way of using organic products and etc. Yet, they shouldn’t ask the customer to pay to someone who looks like just started doing hair the same price as good...

Had a lovely time last Saturday at Smuk with my beloved Sergio Giannasso. Lively salon, delicious coffee and two expert hands that every time can work their magic and surprise me even after more than 10 years! We did some balayage kind of highlights, a wonderful gloss and a very much needed cut. All topped up with lovely hair oils and treatments nourishing my hair so that at the end it is silky smooth, healthy, soft and shiny. I always look forward at seeing the result of his work and I love it all the time! Sergio - my dear - you are so talented and gifted! Best creative hairstylist...
