A beautiful little gem nestled in the heart of Belgravia serving beautiful branch dishes that high crowds are happily willing to queue daily and the whole weekend. Select from the favorites like the pancakes or TomTom Breakfast Roll or the Milk bun with eggs & Salmon. There health options also which are as tasty, super green omelette, Açaí Bowl and the lovely pinhead oatmeal served with your choices plant based milk and do not miss Toasties which are all delicious but choosing which one is a nice problem to have. The added star plus has been the brilliant introduction of the new the manager Diogo as since the place has got lot more busier through out the day and not just weekends, his touch, care to detail has definitely inspired staff and wide field customers to flock to this little corner on Elizabeth Street. The other highlight are the barista’s who make an excellent coffees and a hugh range of drinks and which cover all the festival occasions also and all the year around, but the real star is Balo who is now one of the longest serving member of staff and his drinks are my personal favorites as he has the Medius touch. What makes it worth while coming back again and again here is the young of team staff who provide excellent service with care and big smile while being on their feet all day. Lot of credit also needs to be besotted upon the kitchen staff and chefs who turn out dish after dish of magical plates of exciting food in tiny kitchen is truly amazing feat. Excellent place and amazing food all backed by a great...

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

TomTom is hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Where do I even begin?

First off, the food is absolutely disgusting. It’s as if they went out of their way to serve the worst quality ingredients possible. I ordered [insert dish] and honestly, I wouldn’t feed it to my worst enemy. Everything was either cold, overcooked, or just plain revolting. How they have the audacity to charge premium prices for such garbage is beyond me. Speaking of prices—TomTom must think it’s a five-star restaurant because the prices are OUTRAGEOUS for what you get. You’re better off eating fast food, at least it’s consistent.

The service? Non-existent. The staff clearly don’t care about their customers. They were rude, slow, and acted like it was a huge inconvenience to even acknowledge us. It’s like they’ve been trained to actively ruin your day. Oh, and good luck finding a place to sit—it’s overcrowded, with barely any seating. The restaurant was freezing cold, making the already miserable experience even worse.

To top it all off, the line was insanely long. I stood there for what felt like an eternity, only to regret every second once I actually tasted the food. It’s laughable that a place this bad can draw a crowd, but I guess people like torturing themselves.

In summary, TomTom is a complete disaster. Overpriced, disgusting food, horrible service, no space, and a freezing, chaotic environment. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. This place is an insult to...

We went there for brunch. We sat outside, there were heaters at tables so we didnt feel cold at all. They took the orders, coffees came and my friend’s food came but my food didnt come for maybe half an hour. They realised after some time, and bring my pancakes after my friend finished their plate. Pancakes were okay, not the best in London tho.

REPLY: thanks for the reply. I ordered the regular pancakes. Also it is weird that one of the food came but other one didn’t. As i also used to work in the hospitality/cafe industry, when an order is taking long to prepare customer should be warned and BOTH of the food should come in the same time. In my case, i was not informed. Also i am sure that there was an issue with my order as your colleagues realised that i didnt get my food for a long time and they double checked with me, after that he asked, my pancakes came. Next table ordered same as we did, their food came at the same time(pancakes &breakfast roll) so i dont think that the pancakes take long time (like 45mins) to prepare. I am sad to hear your words as it kind of blames me to not being patient enough to wait for my food. I was suggested by a friend to come there and it was supposed to be a nice date, however i am not satisfied and i wont...

@Tomtom Coffee House do a beaauuutiful brunch that not only looks good but delivers on taste too 👏🏽 (AD/Invite) We loved: ✨ Shakshuka ✨ Turkish Eggs ✨ Simply Tomato Toastie (with sweet chilli jam) ✨ Açai bowl ✨ homemade lychee and rose lemonade, rose matcha latte The Turkish eggs were my favourite with that yummm chilli butter and perfectly poached eggs 😍 The shakshuka was well seasoned and this one had a lot of filling which was great but I do prefer them when they’re more saucy. One thing we loved about the Toastie was that it was made using their homemade focaccia and the addition of the chilli jam on the side was 👌🏽 I definitely recommend sitting outside while we still have decent weather! You can’t book but the queue seemed to go quick when we went. #londonbrunch #londonbrunchspots #londonbrunches #brunchlondon #brunchinglondon #breakfastlondon #londonbreakfast #londonbreakfastspots #turkisheggs #shakshuka #wheretobrunchinlondon #sundaybrunch

I visited TomTom Coffee House on Elisabeth Street in London and, unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I would rate it with just one star. The quality of the food did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price. The poached eggs on their Benedict dish were overcooked and hard. The scrambled eggs were dried up and lacked flavor, despite the addition of some cheese. It was a letdown. Additionally, the waiter seemed aware of the issue but failed to address it proactively. On a separate note, the waiter dropped a not-so-subtle hint for a tip, even though the tip was already included on our bill. This left a sour taste in our mouths. Here's the crux of the matter: while I don't mind paying a reasonable price for good quality food, the location of a place should not serve as an excuse to deliver subpar dishes and then overcharge customers. It's disappointing to have such an experience. However, I must acknowledge that the coffee served at TomTom Coffee House was the one highlight. It was indeed very good. Overall, based on my visit, I cannot recommend TomTom Coffee House for its food and service.
