Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in London

To be honest i wouldnt give this starbucks a 1 star but i have to. Now i am a Bar Manager and i work within same kind of trade so i really hate commenting on this websites however i really need comment on what ive witnessed tonight. (17 june 2018) ive be buying drinks as im waitimg my coach 1am til 7am. service by young guy and ladie is great but however LANNY (Supervisors) is a bully. The way he treat his staff is poor and i hear him from other side of cafe using bad words on many Times and looks like he fighting with his staff few times and having ago at them within public area. Now if staff need word with them you treat them with respect and put them to side without public area and speak to them. Not telling them to go home etc. Red head was wiping hers eyes so i dont know if that due to tired or she was crying. I also ask her if he was he manager and she said no. He supervisor and manager start at 7am then i hear she told him what i ask and his reply was i dont care!!!! He also pick his noise also which i saw while he was walking from doors which is food safely..... in my time in public sector i never witness someone has low as him. Really need to send this guy on training. Unfortunately my coach come at 7 am but i will be ringing them up today to speak with manager and...

Probably one of the worst Starbucks I’ve visited. Located inside Victoria Coach Station near Gate 11. Staff are persistently rude, no manners etc. If a customer approaches the counter, don’t say “yes” like they’re an inconvenience to your day. If you don’t like your job, please find something else.

Hot food choice is very limited with a few paninis, toasties and breakfast rolls. NO cold drinks sold here. They do sell bottled water from a basket in front of the counter but it’s warm and overpriced. Cakes and biscuits are sold here but massively overpriced. Pigeons flying around inside the station is common and often end up on tables looking for scraps. Rats often seen outside the station building.

Seating area is often plagued with beggars and tramps who harass the customers for spare change. Starbucks staff do nothing to move them on or notify station security.

Personally, walk outside the station and visit Sainsbury’s across the road instead. They sell various hot food, cold drinks and cheaper cakes and biscuits. They also have a self serve Costa Coffee machine at the rear of the store. Greggs is also located...

The Indian-looking lady at the till was rude (9/12/17 morning shift - 7:20 am). I told her to have an extra caramel syrup for my white chocolate mocha because I am a gold card member and she said no because according to her they're just a franchise and they don't do it and even told me to go to the other branch in a rude manner. One perk of being a gold member is that you can have a syrup of your choice on your drink. I insisted and even showed her my membership. She still ignored me and said no. I read the terms and conditions but it never specified in there that these kind of perks are available ONLY in selected stores. The lady was rude. I am a very loyal customer of Starbucks for 12 years and I think this is one branch I found ridiculous. The customer service is awful. The barista guy was good but the lady blimey! She needs to improve on her customer relationship skills. She's carrying the name of a good brand that I love. All people from the stores I've encountered were nothing like her. Starbucks...
