I cannot believe how terrible my experience was at T4 . I honestly don't know where to begin. From the moment I stepped in, it felt like I had entered a poorly managed circus of chaos. The staff seemed utterly clueless about what they were doing, and it was clear that they lacked any sort of training.
Let's talk about the boba tea itself. Disgusting doesn't even begin to describe it. The tea was bland and tasted like it was made from cheap, low-quality toothpaste you can buy at a dollar store. There was no balance of flavors, and the sweetness was so overpowering that it made me cringe with every sip. The boba pearls were like hamster poop, adding absolutely nothing positive to the experience. It was as if they had been soaked in old dishwater and then carelessly dumped into the drink.
Oh, but the horrors didn't end there. The so-called "toppings" were a complete joke. The alleged "fresh" fruit tasted like it had been sitting in the refrigerator for days, and I couldn't tell if it was rotten or just horribly unripe. I took one bite and immediately regretted it. It was like biting into a flavorless, mushy mess.
And don't even get me started on the atmosphere. The place was cramped, stuffy, and filled with an inexplicably annoying soundtrack of what I can only describe as elevator music from hell. It seemed like they had just randomly thrown some furniture together and decided to call it a cafe.
The prices were outrageous for the abysmal quality they served. I felt like I was being robbed for the pitiful excuse of a drink they handed me. It's incredible how they managed to charge so much for something that can only be described as a cup of disappointment.
In summary, this boba tea place is an absolute disaster. I wouldn't wish this experience upon my worst enemy. Save your money and taste buds and steer clear of this abomination of a cafe. There are plenty of other reputable boba tea places out there that actually know what they're doing. This one is a disgrace to the entire concept of boba tea.

Read moreI've been to T4 bubble tea branch twice now. There's a young lady with hijab who serves and is so unfriendly. The two times I have been served by her, no hello, no smile and puts me off from visiting there again! The rest of the staff (however many I can see) have been smiling and friendly but this 1 particular young lady is not helpful either. I asked the first time which boba balls would you recommend, she just pointed at the list of boba gormlessly! I too wear a hijab so as a woman, you can support another woman. There is no need to be so miserable and unhelpful. I think T4, you need to re train this young lady at customer service. As a customer who tried bubble tea for the first time, how do you expect customer to come for suggestions when you have workers such as these? So disappointed. Apart from that, I went for the safe option, a passion fruit fruit tea with coconut jelly (my first visit as she couldn't help couldn't me), I do not advise getting the coconut jelly, it doesn't go up the straw! The second time, I again went for the passion fruit with pearl boba balls and it was lovely. I don't understand why this place charges for ice? Anyway lovely refreshing drink perfect for this hot weather! Regular cost me £4.40 If you add more toppings, obviously the charge is higher. T4 lovely drinks so far bit change your staff...
Read moreMy experiences at this particular branch have left me with mixed feelings, primarily due to the staff's somewhat awkward and unfriendly demeanor. Despite visiting several times during my stint working in Canary Wharf, the consistent lack of friendliness and effective communication has unfortunately deterred me from wanting to return.
While the establishment might be suitable for those who prefer transactions without much small talk, though that poses a challenge since ordering at the till often involves some level of interaction. The bubble tea market in London is highly competitive, with numerous options available. In such a fierce market, the importance of service and customer communication cannot be overstated.
I recommend this place if you can navigate through the slightly awkward interactions or if you prioritise the product over the service experience. However, considering the essential role that service plays in driving business, I sincerely hope that the management takes steps to improve the staff's friendliness and overall communication skills. Enhancing the customer experience is crucial in retaining patrons and thriving in the competitive bubble tea market of London. I'm optimistic that with improvements in this area, the establishment could attract and retain a more extensive...
