I went to this Upoer Crust branch in Charing Cross for the first time. Mr Ming, manager at Upper Crust Charring Cross were friendly. I came there around 10minutes before closing to save some good delicious sandwiches through the good to go app. They were generous for what they gave me. They gave me a delicious tuna sandwich which I ate for dinner, a chicken bacon tomato sandwich and a pain au raisin. I had the pain au raisin for dessert. The chicken bacon tomato sandwich I had for lunch the next day. All that I’ve saved for about £3.20. I was very happy. I’ll definitely get some more sandwiches there again if I’m at Charring Cross Station. 🚉

I’ve been traveling all morning and it’s 2 pm in London I order a dang sandwich that was 7 pounds and this is what I was given a whole hair on the top of my sandwich! I don’t know if London is just racist or stupid because this is disgraceful disrespectful and disgusting. Do better or stop selling food

I like the brand and this branch delivers. All my sandwiches were tasty, I liked chicken/bacon combo the most, baguette was the most fresh and it was filling. Very quick and helpful service, highly recommend if you wanna get a quick bite.

Probably the worst place to get food in the area

The staff here are absolutely miserable. The queue moves at a snail's pace because they don't do thing with any speed, or in any logical order... and the two girls that work there look like they hate their lives. The food selection is terrible, and what little they do have is tasteless as boring.

The chain ran a £1 lunch meal deal on a Monday, supposedly to encourage new customers. I can safely say that I, as well as most of the other people I encounter in the needlessly long unmoving queue - would avoid this uppercrust as well as probably most other stores in the brand, following the awful service and products on offer here. Even a pound seems like too much to pay. Why you would choose to offer a deal to encourage trying the worst and most boring meal in your selection anyway escapes me...

What a terrible store, and a terrible business decision. People still go as it's the cheapest food in the area, but expect a massive drop in sales after the...

I've used the Charing Cross outlet for coffee, breakfast rolls and sandwiches 4 or 5 times a month for about 5 years. During the last few weeks I've purchased the breakfast roll and coffee deal at £6.99, a tad expensive but the quality of the baguette is pretty good and the coffee is okay. The first week I tried the bacon roll, it was okay, plenty of bacon and good bread. The second week I tried the sausage baguette, nice, countable slices of sausage. Today, I was served up the baguette with one tiny piece of streaky bacon - what a let down. But by now I was on the 8:15 to Sevenoaks and out of the station.

I'm not interested in your promotional draw, I would rather you put some...

Upper Crust" seems to be a Chain/Franchise pitched at the lower-end of a crowded, largely "Takeout" snack market : their "Big Thing" - judging by their Counter Display - is a range of mainstream-taste Baguettes, of various sizes (Cheese & Ham, and variations on that theme).

We stop-by at this particular Outlet to briefly meet-up with a Friend who works nearby, and this time around - as we've done before - we simply had Coffees & Cookies, which we consumed in the rather spartan seating area which the Cafe offers.

The staff on the Counter were friendly, efficient & helpful, the Coffee was reasonably good, prices were very reasonable for...
