This establishment is unremarkable, when we entered the restaurant we made our way to a table near the window, there were four of us, we ended up moving the table and chairs to create space for us to seated, the staff saw us doing this but didn't intervene which they should of.

The decor I would say is standard so could be any mediocre restaurant.

The food was nice and I'm happy it arrived hot the service given by the young gentleman/waiter was good and he made sure that we were all taken care of and he made our experience a pleasant one. The chocolate brownie and vanilla ice cream was yummy to say the least.

Now for the negative:-

When we had finished our meal we got ready to go, and my mother and I said good bye to the gentleman behind the bar who had dark hair and wore glasses, that man did t even answer us, I actually said good bye twice just to make sure and I was right. We brought out custom to this establishment, you need to be on point with your customers from the time they step in, to the time they leave, I just thought this man was rude not to thank us and say good bye it just common courtesy and descency especially when your in that business, he came across as a supercilious spare part, remember when we spend our money in any service place ,we are paying their wages - we the customers. Treat your customers with respect whether they be tourists or London residents, as we are. As for the waiter he was on point maybe he should be the manager as he is a natural.

Hence the...

BEWARE OF THIEVES!!

Popped in for lunch after roaming around Covent Garden and caught the waft of Pizza from down the road.

I had the antipasto (I had already eaten lunch before meeting the others) and they had. Pizza and the prawn and chorizo risotto.

Food was delicious and the staff were really friendly and attentive.

One of our friends left her phone on her side of the table while she popped down to the toilet. A couple of women walked in, one went up to the bar to ask for a glass of water (to distract the staff) while the second tried to show my husband and I a piece of paper.

We said no and tried to shop her away but then she moved the table to an awkward place which made me realise what she was doing. She was trying to obscure the phone with the paper, once we dismissed her she would have taken the paper and the phone. I know if this trick so I immediately grabbed the phone.

We made the staff aware and they knew of the women and said they only attempt this outside so we suggested they be more aware as they clearly tried to distract them asking for water while their accomplice did the work.

Despite this attempted theft, I would definitely return cos the food was great and costs were reasonable given the tourist...

Wildwood is an excellent spot, especially if you're looking for gluten-free options. Their gluten-free pizza and pasta are some of the best we’ve had fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. What truly made our first visit memorable, though, was the outstanding service from Faizul.

We were warmly greeted by Faizul as soon as we arrived, and from that moment on, he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. His warm, friendly attitude and attention to detail really stood out. Even though it was our first time there, Faizul treated us like regulars, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about every guest’s experience. The way he explained the allergy options and precautions was incredibly reassuring ,it showed us that Wildwood genuinely cares about guests with dietary restrictions or allergies.

The entire team at Wildwood was friendly, professional, and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. On top of that, the restaurant has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere cozy yet stylish, making it a perfect spot for a casual meal or a special outing. Wildwood made a great first impression. We’ll definitely be back—and highly...

Day 36/365 - Wildwood ; Seven Dials First of all I do want to commend the staff at this branch 🥰 They were all soooosoo friendly and accommodating which is one of the biggest things I look out for when I go out to eat. The pizza was great! It took me back to my time in Italy with the beautiful thin crust. The steak on top was nice and soft too and the portion was massiveee 😋 definitely something to share! Although the cookie dough was nice, I’ve been baking and trying a lot of cookies recently so my standards have risen greatly😂 I think it needed to have been cooked slightly less as I would have loved a gooier centre to make it more indulgent 😋 Overall the food and service will definitely have me returning in the near future to try some of their other dishes 😋@WildwoodRestaurantsUK #wildwoodsevendials #wildwoodrestaurant #restaurant #sevendials #coventgarden #london #londoneats #wildwood #pizza #cookiedough #phillycheesesteak

Visited here with four others for lunch on a Saturday. We were seated by a friendly lady immediately and our table was tended to. We felt a bit coerced into ordering a starter, as the waiter already looked annoyed that we only wanted tap water to drink. She told us we would have to wait 20-25 minutes from ordering to get a main anyway, so we felt a bit pushed. However, the mains took 20-25 minutes *after* we finished our starters anyway, so was a bit misleading. The starter was big (the mozzarella garlic bread) and tasted nice. My main of pizza was also of a good size and tasted nice, despite the wait! The two main gripes I had: - the lady waitress was rude to us but then acted kind and smiley when we were paying. She didn't say anything rude per se, bit had a rude mannerism, especially when we didn't order drinks. - by far the worst, the urinal in the toilets was flooded, so I waited outside the cubicle. The chef came out, and left immediately without washing his hands! It's very unhygienic and this is the main reason I'm giving 3*. Overall, food was nice but the staff need improvement.

My friends and I had such a great time at Wildwood – from start to finish, everything was spot on! The pizza was amazing – fresh, full of flavor, and one of the best we’ve had in a long time. What really made our visit memorable was the outstanding service from Faizul. He was warm, friendly, and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He didn’t just serve us – he truly entertained us! We were laughing the whole time, especially at his hilarious £5 tap water joke – such a great touch that made the experience feel fun and relaxed. Faizul’s energy and customer service were top-notch and honestly made our evening. We’ll definitely be back – not just for the food, but for the brilliant vibes too. Highly recommend!
