This establishment is unremarkable, when we entered the restaurant we made our way to a table near the window, there were four of us, we ended up moving the table and chairs to create space for us to seated, the staff saw us doing this but didn't intervene which they should of.
The decor I would say is standard so could be any mediocre restaurant.
The food was nice and I'm happy it arrived hot the service given by the young gentleman/waiter was good and he made sure that we were all taken care of and he made our experience a pleasant one. The chocolate brownie and vanilla ice cream was yummy to say the least.
Now for the negative:-
When we had finished our meal we got ready to go, and my mother and I said good bye to the gentleman behind the bar who had dark hair and wore glasses, that man did t even answer us, I actually said good bye twice just to make sure and I was right. We brought out custom to this establishment, you need to be on point with your customers from the time they step in, to the time they leave, I just thought this man was rude not to thank us and say good bye it just common courtesy and descency especially when your in that business, he came across as a supercilious spare part, remember when we spend our money in any service place ,we are paying their wages - we the customers. Treat your customers with respect whether they be tourists or London residents, as we are. As for the waiter he was on point maybe he should be the manager as he is a natural.

Popped in for lunch after roaming around Covent Garden and caught the waft of Pizza from down the road.
I had the antipasto (I had already eaten lunch before meeting the others) and they had. Pizza and the prawn and chorizo risotto.
Food was delicious and the staff were really friendly and attentive.
One of our friends left her phone on her side of the table while she popped down to the toilet. A couple of women walked in, one went up to the bar to ask for a glass of water (to distract the staff) while the second tried to show my husband and I a piece of paper.
We said no and tried to shop her away but then she moved the table to an awkward place which made me realise what she was doing. She was trying to obscure the phone with the paper, once we dismissed her she would have taken the paper and the phone. I know if this trick so I immediately grabbed the phone.
We made the staff aware and they knew of the women and said they only attempt this outside so we suggested they be more aware as they clearly tried to distract them asking for water while their accomplice did the work.
Despite this attempted theft, I would definitely return cos the food was great and costs were reasonable given the tourist...
Read moreWildwood is an excellent spot, especially if you're looking for gluten-free options. Their gluten-free pizza and pasta are some of the best we’ve had fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. What truly made our first visit memorable, though, was the outstanding service from Faizul.
We were warmly greeted by Faizul as soon as we arrived, and from that moment on, he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. His warm, friendly attitude and attention to detail really stood out. Even though it was our first time there, Faizul treated us like regulars, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about every guest’s experience. The way he explained the allergy options and precautions was incredibly reassuring ,it showed us that Wildwood genuinely cares about guests with dietary restrictions or allergies.
The entire team at Wildwood was friendly, professional, and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. On top of that, the restaurant has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere cozy yet stylish, making it a perfect spot for a casual meal or a special outing. Wildwood made a great first impression. We’ll definitely be back—and highly...
