He has this uncanny ability to make you feel like you’ve been lifelong friends within five minutes, all while casually balancing a tray of shots that he swears “aren’t that strong” (spoiler: they are). The decor? Perfectly dive-bar chic. The music? On point. But let’s be honest, the real star of Brass Monkey is Liam. He’ll convince you to try the strangest concoctions with the confidence of a guy who’s survived many questionable life choices. And somehow, they’re all amazing.

i have visited the Brass Money multiple times with friends and always received amazing service, however on sunday - 28th of april - a female employee treated my friend and i awfully. she slammed our drinks down so liquid spilled on the table, was overall just rude and impolite when talking to us and ultimately made us feel very uncomfortable. The waitress and i do have an older history of being friends who’s friendship ended amicably, however i ensured that i was respectful and polite - as i would treat any other person in the hospitality business - whereas i did not receive the same courtesy when being served by the employee. i ensured to order on the app and sit out of view to avoid any complications, due to not being aware that said employee was working in the establishment - i tried my best to remain respectful, impartial and polite. overall, i am disappointed in the experience, as i normally love drinking here and would appreciate if staff could treat all customers professionally and not bring anything personal or irrelevant when...
