Subject: Extremely Poor Service and Unfulfilled Order
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent experience at your store. We placed an online order and noticed that, even two hours later, the tracker still said "preparing." A message prompted us to call the store due to an issue.
When I called, I could hear someone yelling in the background, "I already made that pizza, I already made that pizza," which was both unprofessional and concerning. The man on the phone told me our order would still take at least another hour because they were behind by 15 pizzas. We decided to pick up the order instead and were told to give them 30 minutes.
My husband arrived at 9:30 p.m., the agreed pickup time, but the order was still not ready. He waited another 20 minutes, and when the food was supposedly ready, they told him they had to cancel the original order and place a new one because we were now picking it up. This meant waiting even longer. At that point, we left without any food.
We are regular customers of this store, but this experience was extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, poor organization, and unprofessional behavior were disappointing, and we would appreciate follow-up regarding this situation.

Read moreThe last 2 times I have ordered from the Harvest location, my pizza came out of oven and sat in the store for 2 hours before it was delivered. I watched this from Dominos Tracker. The first time this happened, had to go pick up myself even though I had prepaid a tip to driver and delivery fee which I was not refunded. I was told they were short drivers. The second time this happened, I would have gone again to pick up because I called store 3 times and was told it was on the way, just waiting on driver but I had no transportation to do so. Finally 3 hours after I ordered my pizza, I get notice my order was complete but no pizza on my front porch. I watched the driver pulling into neighbors house 2 houses down from mine and then finally coming back to my house. Toney: Barely any sauce, even though extra was ordered Crust is very dry and chewy Lacking on toppings and not evenly dispersed
FX Station: Proper amount of sauce Crust is soft and buttery Decent amount of toppings that are evenly dispersed
The pictures alone tell the verdict. The pizza from the FX Station was better in every way. I wouldn’t even know these pizzas were from the same brand if I didn’t order them myself.
