I ordered a bottled drink online and it indicated my order was placed and would be ready for pickup. It was probably an hour before I went to pick it up and when I arrived the staff said they actually didn't have that in stock and asked if I wanted something else. I said it would have been nice if they let me know that and they said that isn't how their website works, to which I responded that they have my phone number and could have called me instead of waiting for me to arrive. I waited for them to refund my order and they didn't say anything else about the matter. Just felt like very poor customer service to have someone drive over expecting their order and then try to sell...

Two things I was disappointed by: gluten free granola was an extra $2, which I thought was really steep. It wasn't that much granola on the chia and smoothie bowls, and why not just make it all GF to start with? The prices already felt high to me for the size you got so I was bummed to have to add an additional $2 on top. They also did not have a public restroom, and we were on a roadtrip and that sure would have been helpful. Especially at a juice bar! Not bad for a fresh, healthier food...

It was my first time ordering from Pure & Pressed. I ordered on doordash in got the berry smoothie which was good it tasted kind of like the berry smoothie from Costco. The avocado 🥑 toast didn't have any flavor to it. it was on a THIN slice of toast for $10. I wouldn't order that again, not a big serving and that's a rip off. You can buy a loaf of bread for that amount omost. I'd recommend trying this place out. I've heard good...
