Burger's Wings & Things — Restaurant in Alaska

The guy possibly owner was on the phone talking while processing my card a cheeseburger and a buffalo wrap ignoring me while I placed my order threw his clover machine while talking on the phone his mask down and visible runny nose handling multiple thing’s without washing hands or wearing mask knowing he was dripping from his nose and talking on the phone he ignored me like I wasn’t there I had to tell him put his mask on he didn’t seem to understand when I reached for my beverage cups and as I was buying food for a homeless the owner replied “I’m homeless too, are you going to buy me food to unjokingly in front of customers” while on his personal phone sounded like he was collecting something from someone very unprofessional the other guy was good not the owner or manager with the drippy nose yuck not for 30$ the meal was better if I went to Popeyes for sure for cheaper and got even more, unsanitary procedures and unprofessional behavior for the owner or manager I’m not impressed with the remarks he has fave won’t return to this and I hope from now I don’t get sick from his drippy nose and I observed not washing hands, If I was a health inspector his behavior would change dramatically I’ve been in this health and food safety...

After a long day of walking around my friend and I wanted to find a place to stop and dine while halting our journeys. As we search I look to the left and he looks to the right and spots the blazing sign of none other than Burgers, Wings and Things. I love burgers and he loves wings and we both love things so it was the perfect place to refresh… or so we thought. I must share that our ordering experience was distastly and revolting. My friend has crippling social anxiety so you can imagine the shock to his little petite self as we come to pay when the workers CLAW at his hand for his debit card as he attempts to swipe. pic below Clutching his pearls, and stands in awe and I’m like 😱🤬how DARE YOU!! Curses!!! We take our food cautiously and keep an eye out for the worker and also Selener. In hopes to alleviate the situation with a nice plump phat juicy and wet wing, we are dumbfounded to find that the chicken is limp flat and dry :,( we also found a hair in one of the meals but ate it anyways because of the obnoxious price and we’re college kids who are going to University of Alaska Anchorage, go Seawolves! Don’t waste ur time, save ur appetite for something much less anxiety...

I've been a regular customer here for years and come to know the owner very well. I could not go to the restaurant for months and I come back and he still recognized me, that's why I keep coming back! Food is always very consistent never disappointed. Wings are tender, crispy and flavorful bite. Now I don't know what they fry there fries in but these are the best fries I have ever had, little crispy bits hanging off the fries giving the lightest cripsiest crunch on a frie ever and the garlic seasoning when the fries are plated is a nice touch. Alot of thing I love here but I would come here just for the fries it's that good! Plenty of combos and specials and anything from burgers, wings and ribs this is a must try spot. I will...
