What to say first. 😬

(1.) You ruined my National Cheeseburger Day (Sep. 18). 😞 (disappointed face)

I ordered via the app and it prompted me with, “Can we help? Looks like you’ll have your hands full. Select Curbside Pickup and we’ll bring your order out to you when it’s ready.”

I choose Curbside Pickup and (2.) waited about 20 min at my assigned Curbside Spot number. O.o I then went thru the drive thru, to find out what was taking so long with my order.

I was told that (3.) they don’t do Curbside Pickup after 7:30 pm; because they get attacked by the homeless people in the area. How are WE supposed to know that? 🤷🏻‍♂️ The Curbside Pickup spots are about 100 ft from the store door? Is it that dangerous? 🤨

I go to the Starbucks across the street all of time; day & night. And frequent the gas station at the McDonald’s; I haven’t had any problems with homeless ppl. Nor have I heard anything from anyone else. They should update the app so it doesn’t offer Curbside/disable it after 7:30 pm (if there is such a danger to their personnel).

Soooo, back to the drive thru. (4.) I assume that “MY FOOD SAT” on the counter for 20+ minutes while I waited patiently at my Curbside Pickup spot. I was just happy to get my order at that time. Had I thought about it, I would have made them remake my order or just get my money back.

Wellllll, I get home and found out that all the (5.) Triple Cheeseburgers that I ordered; were Double Cheeseburgers. 🤦🏻‍♂️ I paid for Triple Cheeseburgers.

I called the McDonald’s and they told me, that I had to speak to the boss manager tomorrow (Sep. 19).

I’m giving them a two (2) Star review at this time; man am I being generous. Broken down as follows... Relegate (-4) down to one (1) Star because of Service. I’m adding one (+1) Star because, the food that I did receive was still good (after microwaving 🙄).

I looked at the reviews for this McDonald’s on Yelp & Google. Holy cow, the stores Yelp review score at this time is... 1.5 Stars. 😱😳🤯 Google’s score is 3.2 Stars.

I may add another star on Sep. 19 or take one away; it depends on what the boss manager has to say (how he/she handles this debacle).

It’s too bad that no one at McDonald’s, cares about these reviews. It’s evident by the continuous & numerous new low scores that the store acquires. They are either not learning or...

At around 6:20 on 10-11-2025 Miss Susanna my wife was instructed by the general manager to take the kid outside because she was being too loud my wife went outside to let my daughter come down went outside my daughter almost fell on a piece of poop that was outside of McDonald's on the front on the sidewalk when the general manager went outside to deliver food to a customer my wife politely informed her that there was human feces on the sidewalk outside of the store that my daughter almost fell on just thought I'd let you know.. the general manager came off rude and said she didn't have time to worry about poop on the sidewalk... Then when my wife came inside and asked for straws she said she could only give her too but we had four drinks when I went up to let the manager know about the two straws Shane for me that she wasn't going to give me that when I asked her for her name and the store number she refused to give me that as well I then asked politely that an apology goes a long way but that she doesn't have to do it if she doesn't want to that is fine but my wife deserves an apology she said no she was not going to apologize I said that's okay you don't have to but the cleanliness of the store also includes the outside as well as the inside and I don't understand the big deal about the two straws I informed her would I be leaving a review and that I think she was unprofessional and that I think she could have handled it better if higher up receive this they might want to get another person in charge my order was 664 table 34 on 10-11-2025 at 6:17 p.m. nobody seemed to have their name tag on except for Mr Tom Tomas is very...

This review is for the McDonald's at Lomas and Broadway in Albuquerque, NM. This location has been newly renovated and they did a terrific job with it! I've been here more than a few times, as it's close to my work, but this is the first time since it's been spruced up. The staff here has always been kind to me, but with this new update, they have been especially so.

The first thing you notice when you walk up is the new counter design, which seems to allow for more standing room than before. The fact that they ask you to have a seat and bring your meal out to you probably aides in this, since there are less people waiting up front for their food. There are also self-service kiosks where you can place your order, pay and take a number to have your food brought out to you. I'd never seen these before, so I was impressed.

This restaurant felt nice and clean to me - even the restrooms.

I did not give this five stars for two reasons. First, there is not a play place for the kiddos. This has to do with the second reason and that this MCD is located within a gas station convenience store. Although the McDonald's is in great shape, you kind of have to wind your way through convenience store displays to get to it.

Overall, though, I really love what this has turned into. I think they did as well as they possibly could have, given that they are inside of a gas station. It was exceptionally clean, the food was delicious and the staff were friendly. Plus, I can't wait to try the self-service order stations next time I visit!
