My food was great but my wife's was lacking flavor.

I had a green chile smothered burrito with bits of fried chicken (or was it chicken fried steak...can't remember). I ordered it without the gravy and it was incredible. They smothered the entire plate with the green chile sauce and that included covering the hash browns. Very good.

My wife's, on the other hand, was not all that great. She ordered a croissant with egg and turkey sausage and a side of hash browns. Not much flavor in any of it. If they would have added the green chile sauce it would have likely been great. She also ordered a side pancake with pecans and they forgot the pecans. My wife asked and the server said the pecans were in it. Maybe they were ground into a pecan flour because we couldn't find any actual nuts. Oh, also know the pancake will be the size of a large plate when you order one.

The overall experience was ok but now we know to get chile on wherever we order. This should bump up the stars next time.

The breakfast here was excellent, though where I'm from out east the lack of crisp on hash browns is a major miss! But, having eaten several places in ABQ, it seems that is a cultural difference, which would be unfair to hold against them. I had the papas and my partner had the chicken fried steak, which were both great. The space is fairly densely filled, and a family environment, so noise and service suffered a bit, but everyone was friendly and we didn't have to wait for much, so no real complaints there.

The house tea was excellent, and the location was pretty convenient. They even offered to go drinks for us, which was very appreciated since we were visiting from a much less arid environment and drinks are a constant need.

Be aware, they have bowl and plate sizes for many of the meals, and the plate was double the portion I could stomach (I'm a ~290 pound food lover) so plan to split meals or get the smaller portions unless you are up for quite...

This place is totally awesome. The food is always extremely good. They do a pretty good job of cleaning their tables. They could pay just a little bit more attention to the edges. The customer service is always Top Notch. All the staff there are very friendly, and have conducted themselves in a very professional manner. The only complaint that I would have is that one out of every five times they will mess up my burrito. I usually get their breakfast burritos. Did you get a whole lot of burrito for a very fair price. I do not go back about the mishap with my menu order seeing as how it is just usually a small thing. As I said this is my only complaint. Other than that it is a very clean / professional place, and I would highly recommend you take your family there. Very much family friendly environment every time that I have been there.
