My Wife loves this place, we go here every birthday of hers. In addition, I never write reviews but I just had to. I called 2 hours early and asked if I could make a reservation and they said they don't do reservations but call ahead seating 15 minutes. So I called back 15 minutes before we were headed there, the same guy answered and said are you 15 minutes out, I said yes and he said he'd prepare a table one sec and put me on hold. About 20 minutes later being on hold we just go to Chili's since it is really close. Mind you I'm still on hold and I walk in, the lady greeter comes over asking if I was dining in for how many and I wasn't mean, I was just neutral in explaining to her I'm on hold rn and about the situation. She said and I quote "We don't do call ahead seating". She asked if I tried the app I said yes but it didn't work. She said it should and I was like I'll show you. I showed her it said unavailable on the app. She said Idk what to tell you but it's a 15 minute wait, I said, no way we could do it sooner? She said no do you still want to wait? I said yes. I went to the car and by the time I got there my table said it was ready which was good! Or so I thought. They gave me and my wife with our young son a seat next to the bar, then the server just comes up and gives us water, no asking what we wanted to drink. She said she'll give us a minute. And gave us the qr code menu. As we ordered I asked if they do free desert for birthdays, she said no, even though the website says otherwise!.... I held my tongue and we ordered. I knew we were supposed to get free chips and salsa and she offers the tables around us it, but not us. She ignores us the whole time.... and some other guy brings the food. We ate and we decided we didn't want to be there any longer, skipped out on desert or drinks or anything extra. Read moreSunday 06/15/2025 I placed an order online around 6:30am to Chillis 3230 Fairlane Dr Allen Park Michigan. Since it Fathers Day, I ordered a ribeye meal plus Trio appetizers to surprise my husband. Chillis delivery promised was from 11:35pm - 12:00pm. Door Dash picked up my order at 11:20am, my husband location is only 8 minutes away from Chillis BUT it took the DoorDash 33 minutes to the location with an incorrect order. I was totally very disappointed how Chillis and DoorDash handled my special orders on a Father’s Day!
These were ALL Reasons why I complained:
I contacted Chillis first after I found out from my husband that only a dessert that was delivered! I spoken to Jullien then I asked to speak to his Manager, it took the MGR a while to come to the phone and just tell me that he can’t do anything else. The MGR wasn’t genuinely sympathetic and failed to rectify the issue.
Also, I contacted DoorDash to informed them and made sure it’s being recorded for them to further investigate and rectify the very bad situations I’ve experienced. I even contacted Yvonne who was the DoorDash driver and asked why it was an incorrect order that was delivered and she responded that Chillis handed her the bag and said I don’t know!
This was an absolutely unacceptable performances for Chillis and DoorDash!!! They didn’t care and they need to be trained properly or resigned from serving customers.

Read moreRude Curbside! I went to order curbside online and their system must have been down because it said, "please call for curbside". I called the restaurant and the automated system says, "press one for curbside". I press 1 and the girl that answers rudely tells me that they do not take curbside orders over the phone that I must do it online. (Why does the phone have an automated to press 1 for curbside then? Why not have it say, "For curbside orders please go online"?) I tell the girl that there was no option to order online and she replies that "she is not suppose to take orders over the phone so she will have to talk to a manager". I wait on hold for 5 minutes. She returns and says, "Well the problem is that if I take your order over the phone then Ill have to have you pay over the phone because all our online orders pay online". First, this is not true, when you order online it gives you an option to either pay online or pay at the restaurant when picked up. Secondly, that wasnt a problem at all for me to pay over the phone ahead of time, however, because she was so rude and because obviously this was such a hassle to them I told them to forget about it. You are a customer service based industry! Every order and every person should be seen as valuable. This particular Chilis is next two three other restaurants.
