We came here for a birthday party. Birthdays are supposed to be fun but guess what, the two party hosts were as dry as they can be. It was a party of with kids ranging from 2 years old to 10. Don’t you gotta be and have positivie energetic vibes and be more engaging with children? And then they ignored the smaller ones and didn’t include them in games they could easily participate in (like spin the wheel). And the MOST annoying thing was they brought the kids out to their hallway area for a musical chairs game and they kept telling the kids to shush and be quiet because they have other customers. You gotta be kidding, why did you even have this supposedly exciting game only to tell them to be quiet. Before this game, they sugared these kids out by giving them candies for prizes and bingos - what do they expect with all the sugar? They were the worst party hosts in the many parties we have attended. Then came for ice cream time, we understand what came with the birthday deal was a tiny scoop of ice cream (a bit bigger than the sample) and the kids being kids asked why its so small and tone of the hosts answered in a stern, annoyed way that was what’s included. And with all these sweets given to the kids, there wasn’t even anything to drink, even water (only icees that some kids won at the spin the wheel game, those who didn’t, didn’t get any). NOT impressed with this place. Will not be coming back for any cookie dough either. Will NOT recommend at all. Spend your money...

Brides beware of using them as your ice cream vendor. They have absolutely no clue when it comes to communication. They originally sent me a quote for ice cream and cookie dough. Which was around $800 and included the cookie dough and ice cream for 120 people. When I said I just want ice cream they obliged and said we will send you a new quote for that. This was $600 just for the truck and service and then 550 for a scoop of ice cream on top of that per person. When I called Chloe and ask how this makes sense she said oh well I was gonna talk about this to the other owner. I said well that doesn’t make any sense. Why would you send a quote then without knowing what the price is gonna be. She said well we were thinking it was definitely gonna be around $800 which is a wedding price which is $400 for two hours Which is astronomical just for ice cream. And then a travel fee on top of that. They have lost their minds. Tubs of ice cream cost less than $60 each. And I get the up charge but to charge that is criminal. But the fact that I was wanting just ice cream and the price went up just to have one thing doesn’t make any sense. They definitely don’t know what they’re talking about and are not organized at all. And when I expressed my concerns, all Chloe says was well other brides have paid for it. Well, some brides have a budget Chloe. And some brides aren’t gonna spend $1000 on something that should be $500...

We've stopped in the old location and now the new probably 8-10 times over the duration of the business.

The service has been a hit or miss from the start. I'd say out of all our visits, maybe two have been friendly and helpful (one of those "friendly" visits, should be classified as flirty - with my husband..less than impressed that visit(college ave location)) The rest haven't been customer geared by any means, chatty amongst themselves, unknowledgable and at my husband's most recent stop the girl clearly got the order wrong as my husband left with THREE times the amount he had ordered and he's just too nice of a guy and non confrontational to have said anything. It seems like order screw ups and bad experiences with the employees are common in the negative reviews, and I have to agree. Even with the new locations, the employees just aren't the best.

Your employees should definitely be more attentive and perhaps reviewed a little closer.

The gluten free is less than great, but to each their own. Most of the dough however, is absolutely phenomenal, hence the number of times we've returned. We love the oreo, peanut butter pig out, cheesecake, brownie blitz, birthday cake and chipless.

If I were basing our experiences on employees alone we wouldn't return, but like stated, we love the dough and always take it to go rather than eat in to save from anymore possible negatives with...
