Update: I received credit for this experience by management, thank you! I believe in second chances so I placed a few more orders from this location later; service and items were fine.
Terrible experience! We placed an order through the app today at 7:57 pm & ready to pick up at 812 with a total of $52 . I got there around 8:15. Five min passed so I asked for the status- guy1 said we are working on it. At 8.40 I asked again - how long for order “x” to be ready? Guy1 said we are making it right now & super fast. Guy2 said I’ll like to let you know that there’s no lettuce & no onions (like I have not been there for 30 min listening to him telling every customer they are out of lettuce & onions as they walk in) so I said yeah I heard, that’s fine. They started making my order at that time. I was starving so I just wanted my order. I walked out of the place at 8:58 pm. Got home- I ordered avocado on 2 sandwiches($5 extra) neither had avocado, another sandwich have very little meat and a bowl that was not a bowl without lettuce…A sandwich shop without lettuce eh? Also, what is the point of having an app for this business? It could have been faster if I placed the order when I first walked in. PS: writing this long review was used as internal therapy so I can let this bad experience about this...
Read moreI gave them another chance ordered online and my pickup was missing the peppers, pickles, onions and pepper relish on the sandwich. Just a blob of mayo, meat lettuce and tomatoes. But my receipt was correct so obviously they can't read or just don't care. I called back and got a nonchalant very low half apology of simply sorry.
Completely disgusting one young lady is cutting the bread and meat and she asked the other young lady to come make the sandwiches. She's back at a service type deep kitchen sink with a dish towel and cleaning something. She approaches the sandwich area and is about to make my sandwich with the same gloves on! YUCK it's no telling what type of chemicals are in the dish towels! She changed her gloves after I asked and proceeded to make my sandwich. My receipt has the name Grae. I'm not sure if that is the correct name because neither employee had on a name tag today at 4:42pm. A young Hispanic girl is who I'm referring to. Please review your camera about that time and teach your employees safe glove procedures when handling food before they make someone...
Read moreCleaniness is on point. Awareness to customer needs - GREAT!!! and on time .... even from distraction(s). Customer service was in stride from all points. Chris, specifically, was patient with me as I customized my meal. He answered my questions with kindness. Clarified inquiries and confirmed my ordering with pleasure. If he wasn't management, he displayed what a manager's moves look like. The atmosphere is refreshing and welcoming. Very inviting space. The entry door stayed in rotation. If I had not been dining in, I wouldn't have realized HOW busy this place moves. Looks are decieving. The organization of the staff made ordering easy and the line in constant flow. Besides smiles being welcomed, it is a nice spot to eat and chill. Ijs Today was a good day for this experience.
