I had ordered online at 10:15am bc I knew breakfast Finishes at 10:30, I had got there and waited on the drive trough but the line never moved so I got out and parked in the parking lot so I can go inside and get my food on time. Wen I got inside there was nobody upfront at the cash register so I waited even more, it was already 10:34 wen a person came named Maria Trejo aka "Manager" (that’s the name she gave me i don’t know if that’s actually her name ) and I had explained the situation she answered saying that my food was going to be called and I was going to get a refund bc I should’ve been on the drive through before 10:30 witch I was and she just started laughing at my face meanwhile I had just gotten out of an 8hr shift and had no food on my system . The hypocrisy in that place is beyond insanity the way they treat ppl whit no kind of respect is wild i didn’t want to be a "Karen" but the way she laughed at my situation was the last straw, i checked other reviews to see if this kind of stuff happened often and to my surprise it does. Read more7/6/2022 Update I came here again a few more times and I have yet to see any improvements. Drive thru service tends to be slow in processing orders. There have been times where I see the long line pending on drive thru and decide to go inside of the building instead of ordering. Ordering inside doesn't really help either or be quicker, just to let you know because you will still be waiting for your order just as long as being outside in line. It looks like they have a system/routine in processing orders as a team here but cooperate/management team needs to look into this better to see what can they do to make it better getting orders in and getting them out quickly like Chic-fil-A does...yes I said it....Chic-fil-A is one of the top in delivering quick service in the drive thru team service. I hope eventually I can say the same for this location, if it ever improves. For that reason this location drop from 3 stars to 2 stars now. Please Like, Follow, and Share for more #JaysTrueRatings.

Read moreI had a horrible HORRIBLE experience with the manager this afternoon around 2 pm 08/10/22. I had ordered a meal last night and when I got home I noticed my fries were nothing but fry crumbs.. no fries. I went back this morning to speak to the manager about my dissatisfaction. She said "you ate them, and you want me to replace them?!" "You ate them and you didn't take a picture?" I'm a 75 year old woman, I barley know how to work my cell phone let alone think about taking a picture of my fry crumbs. I explained to her that I was already home and I was hungry. She was so incredibly rude and was speaking to me like a child. She yanked my receipt from my hands and ended up keeping the receipt. She refused to make it better, I walked out with nothing. As she was speaking to me all she could do was curl her hair with her finger. She is the absolute epitome of unprofessional and disrespectful. All I was expecting was a small order of better quality french-fries which are literally $1.99!! That's it!! She needs to be FIRED ASAP because of the way she handled this situation.
