Taco John's — Restaurant in Atchison

I received a button that was supposed to be worth $25 at the taco johns. In my lunch break I swung through to grab some food with the "coupon." I ordered and the girl looked at me with deer in the headlights look. She said they were promoting selling the buttons but didn't know how to use it or how much was on it. After a few minutes she just said she didn't know and I'd have to go where I got the button. After doing that they said I was supposed to just redeem it at taco johns. So the following day I went in and gave them the button. After a meeting between 3 of them and being stared at by the cashier until I stepped aside the girl eventually came back to give me a paper coupon. As if they thought I only needed the paper I said "ID like to order food with this" so they had me get in the back of the line to order 2 tacos and a small ole...but hey at least they gave me cash for what was left...

As a regular customer of this taco John’s, I can say that today I was really disappointed. I paid an extra four dollars for extra cheese on my tacos. I receive no extra cheese. Obviously I was disappointed because of the extra cost. I But also, because I did not get the extra cheese that I asked for I would’ve went back to the counter to show them the error, but the lobby was so busy with people. I didn’t wanna make a scene so hopefully if the owner or manager reads this post they will be able to rectify this so that I can give you five stars which normally is what I would rate you when I come in there. I normally come in on Mondays for work and I travel from outside the Area so this is the first time I’ve been disappointed my 2 visits after these have been top notch thank you for getting me extra cheese and being open to constructive...

I rate 5 stars even though my food was cold and completely wrong. I ordered the shrimp taco combo and a number 6. I paid an extra 75 cents for cheese sauce that I didnt receive. My "shrimp" tacos were beef tacos (I HATE BEEF MEAT IN TACOS) The number 6 was a bean burrito. Wasnt even a number 6. And we received only one potato ole. BUUUTTTT, even though I was rude because I had to be at work in half hr and hadnt ate all day. The manager I spolr to was completely polite and apologetic. When I came back for my remake, the register lady called me by my first name, very respectfully. The order was ready, it was correct. All of our food was warm. Everything that we had medium size, was large. I received an extra large fruit punch and got a full refund. They made a mistake, but...
