Another typical restaurant where the employees feel as though the tasks they’re assigned to do are somehow more important than the customers. Everybody that walks in with their phone in their hand is not there for DoorDash or UberEats. And even if they are, like I was, that’s not a green light to ignore me. I was actually going to get something to eat for lunch from here because my delivery was far and not near any food places. I took my chances anyways after being ignored. Then when the young lady finally said something to me, she didn’t greet me. Just AGGRESSIVELY asked “what’s the name on the order?” I didn’t get a “be right with you sir” not a “hello, how are you?” NOTHING. Just straight to “what’s the name on the order?” Like I’m bothering you or as if I’m some non-person. I didn’t mind waiting for her to finish what she was doing, but you could’ve acknowledged me standing here, or AT LEAST greeted me with some respect. And the cherry on top is that the lady with the glasses, who was the manager on duty, was standing right there. I made eye contact with her and her three coworkers, but as the MANAGER, she felt it was more important to continue her conversation with her coworkers about it being Tuesday and they were already tired. And the manager has been there for years, at least since 2019 when I was working at Gyu-Kaku, a neighboring restaurant. I remember when she was just an employee. Now that she’s manager, I guess her passion for the job has been maxed out and the customer no longer comes first. Hate to see it. Hate to experience it. I’ll just pay more money and go to Blue India on Peachtree. I don’t like being disrespected where I...
Read moreIf you're looking for quick, delicious Indian cuisine in West Midtown, look no further than Naan Stop. I have been to this restaurant over 10 times and it remains one of my favorite quick service restaurants in the area. The employees are consistently helpful, patient, and friendly, and sometimes even go above and beyond by grabbing our trays when we finish eating or bringing our food out to us.
I first stumbled upon Naan Stop when they were offering free samples of their samosas, and I was immediately hooked. The Lamb in a garlic naan wrap is one of my favorite things to order here. The meat is tender and flavorful, and the naan is perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
In addition to the lamb wrap, Naan Stop also offers a variety of other dishes, including vegetarian options like the paneer tikka masala and chana masala. Their menu is reasonably priced and the portions are generous, making it a great value for the price.
Overall, Naan Stop is a fantastic restaurant that offers delicious food and excellent service. If you're in the area and looking for a quick, satisfying meal, I highly recommend...
Read moreFirst time coming here from out of town. When we first arrived the door was locked even though they had been open for an hour. The workers inside saw us trying to come inside yet made no attempt to open the door for us. It wasn't until another customer tried to come inside that they actually came to check out the door. That didn't leave a good impression but we were hungry and didn't really know what else was in the area so we decided to still eat here anyways.
The lady who helped us order was nice but seemed to be rushed and was forgetful even though there were no other customers behind us. They didn't seem to have enough change for the customer in front of us (rather strange for a restaurant) which held us up quite a bit at check-out. Once we finally got our food I was a bit underwhelmed. It didn't taste as authentic as I had hoped. The sauce was very watery and the chicken was pretty bland. Also my dad got a stomach ache and horrible diarrhea 30 minutes after eating the food so...
