I asked politely for a kids cheese and bean Quesadilla with rice. Some how me asking for that caused the employee to be bothered by my request. She stated what meat would you like. I responded no meat just beans and rice please. She responded frustrated saying they canât do that what meat would I like.
I replied no meat just beans and rice please. She began to make a cheese quesadilla with rice on the side and said again what meat. I then asked Iâm sorry but I continue to say beans and no meat why are you asking what meat she got frustrated and said We canât put beans on the quesadilla you have to choose a meat. I respectfully responded and said Iâm not asking for me I want just beans and rice she slapped the beans and the cheese on the tortilla and smashed it with the Grill as a line formed behind me. Then slide the order down to the next person as they prepared the order I asked what is that he responded with. Itâs what you ordered I said I didnât order that. I asked the guy is this normal for her behavior he responded with no I apologize it shouldnât be this complicated.
I see that in A lot of the food establishments in Atlanta the service is horrible the employees hate their jobs and they decide who they want to be nice to according to how their management pays them to behave and itâs sick. The intent behind the behavior is organized with their management allowing them to be in appropriate if it matches their hidden agenda. As the line formed behind me it was clear their behavior was for humiliation and a show. Itâs something that the audience sign up for and something that the employees get paid for.
Despite the rude behavior the individuals behind me pretended they didnât see what happened and behaved like they were having a great experience only for the woman behind me to get a messed up order too. They guy behind her pretended to be polite saying thank you as I am ear hustling the situation I laughed to myself leaving with a smile and noticing that the actors are assigned by energy levels. Ready to write a fake review pretending to have a great experience condoning the behavior because they were being treated kindly. The games people play with your food and money is unacceptable these business need to be shut down.
No one wants to be served angry food with bad attitudes.
Businesses need to be held responsible for their staff and their service.
Itâs obvious to that it is organized crime. And...
Read moreWhen I walked in and got in line, I was told that the machine is not accepting card payments and that we should place the order online.
When I placed the order online as instructed, my 5-10 minute trip to Chipotle became over 35 minutes of waiting for the online order to come out.
When asked about the status of my order, I mentioned that I have to get back to work so I need to just cancel the order and leave. I was told that the order was already made, it just hadnât come out to me yet. So then I waited another 15 minutes for them to bring it out.
When I got to my car, my order was incorrect. I waited nearly an hour for an incorrect order that was supposedly made in advance. When correcting my order, it was only then that I was informed that the ingredients missing from my order were not available in the store - yet I could visibly see those items from the register. I could also see that people were in fact able to pay with a card by tapping, which upset me because the initial reason I stepped out of the line about an hour ago was because I was told they could NOT accept card payments. So was my trip to this location extended for no reason, since I actually never needed to step out of the line? WHY MAKE PEOPLE WAIT FOR AN ONLINE ORDER IF WE COULD HAVE TAPPED OUR CARDS IN THE LINE?!
This entire experience was a waste of my time, energy, and money.
Overall, as a former longtime chipotle order, this is not the way I was trained on efficiency when working for your company. I hold chipotle at a high standard because the locations Iâve worked for were efficient, delicious, and had excellent customer service. This location, however, seems to lack said training. I will not be returning to this location, and would recommend that anyone with a job NOT stop here for lunch because they will waste your lunch hour.
I will also be contacting your corporate office with my complaint and submitting a negative feedback survey via the app, so no need to try and smooth this over...
Read moreFirst, I ordered to pick up inside through their app. I wanted to go in and be able to make my own drink and ensure things were right. The cashier told me I had to pick up at the outside window. So went outside. Order was late but not by much so wouldnât have cared, but the guy at the window didnât seem to understand why I wanted to make my own drink, and it took a couple of tries to just get him to give me my cup and so I could go back inside. Went inside and both the drink choices I would have taken were out of syrup, so I went BACK outside to ask him to fill it. I was just going to deal with whatever ice he gave me at this point. He filled my cup with soda water because the syrup was out in their machine too. But he still filled it not noticing. When I tried to knock on the window and stop him, another woman told me not to mess with the window or I would mess it up. She was totally right- not upset there, but I was just trying to stop him from wasting more time. I got my drink back from him, went back inside AGAIN and figured I would try tea. It tasted like it was two days old. They didnât seem to know how to help me because I ordered through the app so I just left. This store (other than the woman in the back who mentioned the window) need retraining fast.
Then I got back to the hotel and realized the chips were only a handful in the bag. I ordered a large. Iâm not walking back over there and trying to explain this to them, but Iâm so frustrated. My flight was cancelled and I am stuck in a hotel so just wanted a good meal I could count on and...
