Today I came in to return an item and had a very unpleasant experience with one of the cashiers (cashier#: 1033, per my receipt).
She did not greet me, spoke in an unfriendly tone, and initially refused to scan my item or look up my receipt using my phone number. Another cashier beside her kindly suggested â twice â that the phone number would be the easiest way to process the return.
Iâve returned items here before using my phone number, so I know itâs possible. While I was searching my email for the receipt, I let her know I was having trouble finding it. She rolled her eyes, then finally followed the other cashierâs suggestion and completed the return.
As I was leaving, I overheard the helpful cashier say, âI was just trying to help make it easier for you both,â to which the first cashier responded, âNuh uhh! I ainât doinâ all that for her,â while waving her finger in the air.

I do not appreciate the dismissive treatment I received, especially when another staff member was clearly...
Read moreI was very disappointed ! My review has nothing to do with the staff, which were actually pleasent and helpful. But the bathrooms were not very tidy and as clean as it could have been. This Styles in stock were downright ugly ! There was one cold shoulder sweater in clearance that was cute ! But beyond that the Styles reminded me of those which I would find at a very low class thrift store ! In fact I have found prettier things at the thrift store, then I seen at Marshalls in Atlanta ! I went into the store originally because I was looking to build a small summer wardrobe and except for the loan sweater which was out of season, there was nothing else in there that I would been caught dead in. Now I can't speak for the rest of the departments housewares Etc. But the fashion Department was a...
Read moreI have been going to this Marshalls sense I was in middle school with my mom,and know a lot of the associates. Usually me and mom go for a shopping date every weekend. This past weekend I went alone to do some shopping for my son and other things. As Iâm starting to put things in the cart . I feel an associate that I have never seen before ..following me in every department. She had shoulder length blonde hair and a blazer and jeans on. It made me feel really uncomfortable and like I I never want to come here again. When I checked out with a over $200 balance. I came to realize she was the manager. I didnât say anything and paid but I wish I would have. Hopefully next time it will be like the past good experiences and not...
