I wish I could leave NEGATIVE stars. Never eat here, seriously don't! I just visited and the employees make it very apparent that they do not care about their business. I am leaving without eating and with both my 2.5 year old and myself in tears. I ordered a sushi burrito at the counter and stated I'd be sharing it with my 2.5 year old because there were no kids options. I told the employee that my daughter does not do spicy sauce so we would only put on soy sauce. Then I saw the sushi donut - and said I would order the crab salad donut for her instead and eat the burrito just myself (the donut had no description on the menu but had pictures). When the order came I fed a bite to my daughter and she immediately spit it out and started crying - it had wasabi sauce on it (I had told her no spicy). And there was no avocado which there was in the picture in the menu. I'm feeding a 2.5 year old! I took it to the counter and was met with a fight. The one who took my order stated that I ordered the donut and didn't say there was no spicy sauce - I told her I had said it was for the child and that I said no spicy. She walked away after yelling with me. The other employee stepped in to refund the donut but my daughter is crying - I'm on the verge of tears too (cried when I left) and I don't want ANY of the order now... refund the entire order. She would not. She claimed that the pictures are just promotional and do not represent what they actually have on the donut. I wanted to just get my money back and leave quickly. I've never had such a terrible customer service experience!! I work in the service industry and I am appalled. I would expect to be refunded everything. Tears from my child and...
Read moreDon’t go here unless you don’t mind on potentially getting food poisoning. Today around 11:15 am EST I placed an order for a scheduled pickup around 12:15 pm via the DoorDash app. At around 11:25 am, to my surprise, I get a notification saying my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived the restaurant around 12:15 pm I asked the lady at the front counter how long has my order been sitting on the counter. She replied “since it was made.” I asked her whether I can have it possibly remade since the food (which contains raw tuna and salmon) was made close to an hour ago and it’s been sitting on the counter for that long. She said there was nothing wrong with the food but she’s going to ask the kitchen. Moments later a guy from the kitchen comes out and explained to me the same thing “there’s nothing wrong with the food.” Again I refused to take the order so he asked for the manager to talk to me. Manager comes out with the same story “there’s nothing wrong with the food.” So after the third person, I realized there was no way they were remaking the poke bowl I ordered. I walked away and contacted DoorDash. DoorDash apologized and issued...
Read moreI usually order from the location on Flat Shoals almost every week, which is great, but it’s temporarily closed for some terrible reason so I’ve had to order my Super Poke Bowl from this location twice. But won’t be doing it again.
The first time, they DRENCHED my poke bowl in spicy mayo—I’m talking so much mayo you couldn’t see the stuff underneath. Swimming in mayo. It was disgusting, I couldn’t finish it.
This time I ordered the same thing and asked for light mayo hoping for a more normal amount of mayo. Literally came with like 4 drops of mayo on it and no eel sauce (even though it says it comes with eel sauce in the description). So dry and gross, also couldn’t finish it.
In addition, this location doesn’t allow you to personalize your bowl as much as the other on Uber Eats, even if you’re willing to pay for more add ons, and their super poke bowl doesn’t come with avocado like the other location (and there is no way to add it).
Super disappointed and really wish the Flat Shoals location would reopen bc this...
