Theft Problem! The Staff Steals

Had a fun night here with a couple friends. Late night realized my iPhone was gone. So started calling it and it was answered the next AM - I talked to my lovely waitress Megan from the night before! What great luck when she answered my phone and said it was safely in her possession and she sweetly promised to promptly mail it back. I offered to pay reward and shipping and was told she would send her email address so I could do so, and that she was going to the post office that day and she would text or email me with that confirmation. That was great news! too bad it was a lie.

I was tracking the phone's movements via iCloud so I should have known I was being lied to, but preferred to hope she was actually going to do what she claimed - Especially because I could see the Megan took the phone home with her where it remained for over a week until it was wiped clean and is gone - even when she was claiming it was back at the restaurant - good ole iCloud.

Many calls to her and manager and story changes every time. Moved lost and found, waitress out of town, someone had a baby, call right back, its in the mail, its at someone else's house - the whole gamut of conflicting stories. So needless to say I never got it back.

Bummer - hundreds lost on a brand new iphone lost to my lovely server that swiped it. One just doesn't expect their server to steal their phone -- so beware. Its a real pain filing police reports from across the country for such a dumb reason. I sure hope she got something of value for it, I just paid $600 for it the week before.

I guess it really is a dive bar. I would love if someone wants to actually return my phone I would love to revise my review to reflect your awesome customer service and rectifying...

Had a terrible experience with this business and it’s ‘outsourced’ parking patrol. A 100% racketeering operation that should be investigated.

It appears others have had the same issue with this establishment from reading other posts. We arrived with a group of people, all of whom were booted aside from us; take note that we paid the parking fee immediately as we saw the booting happen when we arrived. Another member of our party was booted even though they also paid the fee to park. The ‘booting company’ had members of our party pay them an under the table fee in cash to remove the boot versus paying the companies $150 fee through the app.

The attendant booting vehicles was at the bar drinking and chatting with who appeared to be the owner/manager and two underage girls that were behind the bar. Comments were made by staff behind the bar about ‘not needing the fuzz (police) showing up’.

Hopefully this review helps others avoid dealing with these poor and unethical...

Was looking for a hole in the wall while I was in town for work. Great atmosphere, bartender Anna was amazing. Only reason I’m giving this two stars is because of an awkward situation… I was BSing with a regular, and had to go potty. He whisked me away to a back game room, pulled keys out of his pocket, and opened a door to a restroom. Said I could use it instead of the main one. He then followed me in there and “propositioned” me. I told a couple of the staff (Anna who was working, and Nylah who was at the bar as a patron) who then told him what I said. He confronted me outside and said I was lying, and that he could get me kicked out. I have never been to this place before and didn’t even know about the “secret” restroom, not lying.
