First, we ordered three sandwiches, were billed for three sandwiches, and received two. Second time, we placed an order via Ritual that was taking a long time to confirm, so we called the restaurant. They said their connection was off, they'd check and call us back. 15 minutes later, no call back. We went to Savi, and they said since Ritual had auto-cancelled the order they didn't bother calling back (and obviously didn't make the order). The whole interior was reconfigured, making it smaller and immensely less desirable for shopping there. Can't stand what was done with this place. The young guy behind the counter has a bad attitude and looks so unkempt and in bad need of some personal hygiene. A lot of iems are expired.
