I resently starting eating beef to help heal my broken wrist! And this place was on my bucket list because of the quality of the ingredients they use in their food per a food blog! We watched a YouTube video of the foods that were good to eat and which ones to bypass! I'm giving this place 3 stars because of how frustrating it was to obtain a order! From placing the order on their app, trying to paying for the order and using Google to get to the location during rush hour traffic was very nerve wracking! It took several attempts to place the order. The app kept kicking out my payment! Twice it told me my cards were invalid! I even called the restaurant only to be told they don't accept phone orders and I should try DoorDash and choose "pickup"! I decided to give It one last shot before giving up! After removing the cheese fries, my order went through! I guess really I didn't need them! I used the link on the app to navigate to the location! I knew the directions were suspected when Google drove to the middle of a empty field and announced "You've Reached Your Destination!" Only to find out I was 5 miles away in the wrong direction in evening rush hour traffic! I finally made it to the location before they composted my order! Once I got home, I threw both cheese burgers in the airflyer to keep warm while I made my own potatoe wedges in the airflyer! The 1st thing I notice when it was taking the burgers apart was the amount of grease on the buns, it was alot! Then I notice the lack of vegetables on the buns, but I pushed on away hoping for the best! Once the potatoes wedges were ready, I reconstructed the burgers! I added spinach, some homegrown tomatoes, some more cheese, mustard and some Dukes! I have to admit once we got passed the grease, the burgers were really good and you could taste the meat! The black n white shake I had was the best I've ever had and really helped wash down the grease! She really enjoyed her strawberry milkshake! We were really impressed and really enjoyed it! I can honestly cross the Shake Shack off my...

The establishment was clean and that's a definite plus. Located on/near the Beltline, my friend and i visited around 8:30p on a Tuesday night. I was in the mood for Burgers.
Review: I liked the convenience of the self-ordering station. It gave us the time and flexibility to really think through our options. Plus, the menu wall was right in front of it for viewing. By computer, you place your order and enter your cell# to be notified when your order is ready. We were also dining in. While sitting at the table I thought, it should be ready by now. I look at my phone and realize I barely had one bar, so AT&T reception was terrible. I went to the counter and lo and behold, my food was there. The downside to ordering this way is if they are out of an item or sauce, you don't know until you pick up your food. Only when I asked about the sauce, which I ordered "on the side", did they tell me they were out. So I had a spicy burger WITHOUT the spicy burger sauce. Hmmmm.
I had to go up to the counter 2 times, realizing there were no condiments, straws, or cutlery on the tray. The food was not worth the dollars paid. It reminded me of... I don't know... maybe being at a sporting event. Where the food is maybe average but you're paying out the wazoo. The burgers were small and felt very thisistheburgerthatasinglemominastupidrushwouldmake-ISH. I'm sure we were eating Ore Ida crinkle cut fries. I ate just enough food for my stomach to stop growling.
It also was hard to eat when you have a clearly struggling woman come to the table pleading for money so she can eat and spend the night at the shelter. As we left we were approached by a man as well (who I had seen pass our table a couple times), asking for help. I unfortunately, and truthfully didn't have any cash on me.
To sum it all up. The plus: clean, easy ordering. The minus: mediocre food, overpriced, a little...
Read moreThis was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. We ordered at the kiosk as directed because we did not have cash. Seemed simple enough. After waiting about 15 minutes, we received a notification that our food was ready. My husband then waited in line for over 20 minutes to be told that they had not even started on our food. We were ready to leave until an employee came outside and told us we would be refunded and our order would still be made for the inconvenience. We waited another 20 minutes and still no food. I asked to speak to the manager and the shift supervisor came out instead and basically made it seem like it was our fault we did not have our food after almost an hour of waiting at this point. He told us he didn't know the employee told us we would be refunded and still served our food. He also proceeded to tell me that there were way more customers before us which is why we hadn't received our order almost an hour later. Not one apology. There were customers outside that arrived way after us that received their food, but unfortunately we never did. Those customers were way more apologetic than the actual supervisor. There was only one worker who remained apologetic throughout the whole ordeal. She assured us that she let the manager know she refunded us and still promised us our food multiple times. We appreciated her kindness greatly. She suggested we call corporate since the shift supervisor wasn't helpful and the manager didnt care enough to come out the back and assist us like we asked. We will do just that. This was our first amd last time trying the...
