Atlantic City Eatery — Restaurant in Atlantic City

Was there yesterday afternoon from NYC, waited on and extremely slow line because the counterpersons were busy doing other things in the kitchen. Finally got up to order, they didnt have pizza (1/3) of the menu items, no french fries( sides with the 2nd 1/3 of all the menu items, the burgers and sandwiches). When i went to ask my party what they wanted, accommodating the restaurant, waited on line again, only to get to the counterperson who then tells me that they are no longer taking orders! I was told that we have the right to not take any orders, this is a sure fire way to go out of business. People were cancelling the orders that were placed because we were told that the person who makes the pizza decided to leave. No one was in charge. When i made an issue of it (which I never do, anywhere) the bartender was the only one who even bothered apologizing. The rest of the staff couldn't have cared less. Id rate the food but as you could read, didn't get any. Terrible customer experience and terrible attitudes of the service staff. Do not bother and wasting you're time. I dont get out much so when I go to A.C I have a good time and feel like I'm on vacation.The place is bright and spacious with alot of seating. I was so hungry and on a budget so I got the cheapest thing I could find :smash burger and cheese fries. I when to this since there is not a huge selection of resturants and just needed to get something in my stomach.

The lady I ordered with was nice and took my order quick. My food came out not too much later.

The smash burger was extremly tempture hot.. Wonderfully hot like mcdonald's fries ..lololo !!! Besides that ,the burger nor cheese fries were memorable. My children and I had a great meal here. The wings were delicious and my son said the burger was the best he ever had! Courteous service, good selection of menu choices, friendly staff. The only downside was the condition of the restaurant/property itself. It’s very clean, that’s not the issue. It is in desperate need of a renovation. It’s a bit run down. Not a reason to avoid eating there of course! Lastly, I”d suggest tightening security. I was approached by homeless man just wandering around, asking for money. That was a little disconcerting. Since you are trying to cater to families with the arcade, added security would be helpful to keep transients on the boardwalk from straggling in. Overall, it was a nice experience and I would eat...
