Sweet Lorraine's Mac & Cheez — Restaurant in Auburn Hills

Their Mac and cheese looked so good but my son who is 10 months old and wants to share everything I have is severely allergic to dairy. I asked if they have a dairy free option because you just never know especially in a big city. She said she did not BUT the owner went above and beyond for my son. She offered freshly boiled noodles that wouldn't have any cross contamination and some marinara sauce as well. My momma heart felt so seen and loved in that moment. She never once made me feel like a burden which happens alot when I request dairy free. She actually seemed happy that she had something she was able to offer. And since she gave me a little bit for my little guy I was able to indulge for myself. I had the macho nacho mac-n-cheese and my friend had the BLT. Both were so good! We're from out of town but if and when we come back we'll definitely treat ourselves to the delicious mac-n-cheese. Thank you so much for doing a little extra so my son could...

Just horrible. All of it. The customer service, the food etc. At the time i went their was two younger girls, who were super rude, sarcastic and laughed at everything we said. There was also a middle aged man, who was even more rude and childish. Gave rude/sarcastic remarks over asking about a certain pita they sold. Never used one single manner. He was mad that i asked for one extra napkin etc. i should’ve walked away when they were rude asking what we wanted and made our food. After all of that. The mac and cheese was HORRIBLE. Cheese looked chunky and old. The chicken looked purple and black. The pita we couldn’t even eat bc we lost our appetite but it also looked disgusting! Now it’s been 2 days and me & my sister both have food poisoning. We were the only ones to eat this food out of the whole family and we are the only ones throwing up non stop. Shame....

I wanna like this. I really enjoyed the one in downtown Detroit whenever I go to conventions. However, this branch is just a trip. The service is extremely slow. It seems understaffed and underresourced, with the grilled cheese being unavailable the last few times I've been there. And nothing really feels like actual deep dish mac and cheese.

It's runny, doesn't taste like they combined much variety in cheese, the meat portions are just whatever is on top, and the fat is like doughy water. Making it very hard to have a chunky scoop. All things considered with air fryers nowadays, you can make better with dollar store shredded cheese and Kraft cups...
