I will not be returning to this place. I had a terrible experience here. I placed a large order online and when I got there to pick it up the store was closed. I happened to catch a manager coming out of the store. He said that they had no power, which explained why the place was closed. When I asked what I was supposed to do, he brushed me off and said that I had to find a phone number and call to get it resolved. There was no apology for the inconvenience and hassle and no effort to correct the problem. I was not impressed. I went to a local grocery store deli and got the same order of food for significantly less money.
I tried using the KFC app to correct the issue and what a nightmare that was trying to connect to a live agent. I gave up on that and finally tracked down a customer service number to the corporate office. I was able to get a customer service representative on the phone and explained my situation. He took all the information and then said he needed to transfer me to the credit department. The next person I spoke with asked me for all the same information even though I provided the case number with all the previously provided information.

My husband wanted KFC for Father’s Day so we figured we’d give them another shot, big mistake. We had ordered on the app, got there a little early so had to wait no big deal, we get our food open tear off a piece of meat and it’s green and brown completely rotten. Called the store, they told me to contact corporate sat on hold for over and hour only to be told that this needed to be handled by a different team. Read moreI usually come to KFC about once a week. After the past couple of years the service has gone down, and 90% of the time the employees are extremely rude. The only reason I stop here is because it is convenient and we have limited food places in Brookings. Today my sister and I went through the drive through and asked if we could do a group order of 2 and they said they can do one order per car. I do not understand this considering a few weeks ago I was in the drive through and the car in front of me was able to. We ended up having her order first and she paid, and we continued to go around a second time to get my food.
