Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Aurora Township

Brookings, South Dakota.Terrible experience. 3 customers in the lobby. Im the 3rd in line. We all wait about 15 minutes and the first lady yells back to the employees, can someone take my order? Nobody responds but clearly can hear her. After 5 minutes the customer yells back again Hey do you have anything ready now or we will go sonewhere else. Again no response from the employee. So the customer leaves and says will go somewhere else that will at least talk with her. 2nd customer already placed her order and was waiting. I go up to order and again no one there to take my order. After 5 minutes a male employee comes to take my order. I ask how long? All of a sudden the female employee that ignored the first customer or pretended to not hear her somehow hears me ask about the waiting time and responds with "we are busy so maybe 40 minutes.So just as the first lady did, I went somewhere else. Funny enough we were both at Dominoes at the same time talking about the level of rudeness Little Caesars Pizza had. We both agreed to never go back there. And to credit to Dominoes both her pizza and mine were ready within 10 minutes. Maybe Little Caesars needs to to take a page out of Dominoes playbook and hire...

Went to Little Caesars yesterday and ordered what I wanted, just as the employee told me my subtotal he rudely went to help another customer just as I was paying for my order. The individual was also rude, hardly gave any eye contact. I felt the other guy with the glasses in the drive-up window was nicer and more respectful than the front register guy. This is one of the reasons I don't give out tips any where anymore. People think customer service means you don't have to be respectful, not necessarily suck up but just plain being certious and asking every customer to have a nice day or remember to ask if the customer wants a receipt? Be aware of this location and thank you for reading the review.

Customer reviews are everything! Remember that before going somewhere not to just go because it's your favorite restaurant, pick somewhere else or at least consider it for your sake. It's not worth it, reviews...

I love little ceasars. Go in order a pizza, cheesy bread, and crazy bread. Of course they don't read back your order so after I'm sitting there waiting in all sorts of confusion because I can see my pizza, cheesy bread, and crazy bread sitting there. So after I have to wait some more they give me 2 cheesy breads, pizza, and my crazy bread. I tell the lady I didn't order 2 cheesy breads. She's like so you don't want it. Obviously I didn't order it so I don't want it, but it's on the ticket I already paid for it. I'm so pissed, it's only 4 bucks but they straight out robbed me. If you go here it could be helpful to have them repeat your order before you actually pay so you don't get screwed like I did. When your customer tells you how you screwed up it's your job to fix it. I'm so pissed because I like there pizza and now I don't want to deal with a place that's going to rob...
