Tucked away in the bustling heart of Austin, CORINNE Austin Restaurant is a true culinary treasure. If you’re on the hunt for the best burger in town, this is the spot you don’t want to miss. With its unbeatable location and mouth-watering menu, CORINNE has quickly won the hearts of both locals and visitors.
Happy Hour Happiness
One of the things I absolutely love about CORINNE is their lively Happy Hour. It runs Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, making it the perfect end to a busy workday or a great start to a night out. The atmosphere during Happy Hour is buzzing, and the deals are fantastic.
Signature Dishes
Now, let’s talk about the food. CORINNE is known for its signature dishes that keep people coming back for more. Here are a few must-tries:
The Classic Burger: At $18, this burger is worth every penny. Juicy, perfectly cooked, and topped with all the right fixings, it’s hands down the best burger I’ve had in Austin. Truffle Fries: For $12, these fries are a perfect companion to the burger. Crispy and seasoned with just the right amount of truffle oil and parmesan. Grilled Salmon: Priced at $28, this dish is a beautiful blend of flavors, served with a citrus glaze and seasonal vegetables. Short Rib Tacos: At $15, these tacos are a delightful mix of tender short rib, pickled onions, and a tangy sauce that ties everything together.
Service and Ambiance
The service at CORINNE is top-notch. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and always ready to make recommendations or accommodate special requests.
The ambiance is equally impressive. The restaurant boasts a modern yet cozy design, with plenty of natural light during the day and a warm, inviting glow in the evening. It's the kind of place where you can relax and enjoy a meal with friends or family.
Perfect Location
CORINNE’s location is another major plus. Situated in the vibrant heart of Austin, it’s easily accessible and surrounded by the city’s best attractions. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, it’s a great spot to unwind and enjoy some fantastic food.
In Conclusion
CORINNE Austin Restaurant is a must-visit for anyone in search of an exceptional dining experience. With its stellar service, prime location, and, of course, the best burger in Austin, it’s a place that never disappoints. I can’t wait to return and explore more of their delicious menu.

Read moreThe Valentine's Day Experience that wasn't... Seated 20 min behind schedule in a cramped corner under a blowing AC. It's ok, we are resilient and she has a coat. Oh yeah, and a tall and awkward waiter backed into my wife on the way to our table and accidentally body checked her. Oh well, we sat down and hung out for a few minutes before the waitress came by and said "do you know what you want?," so we rolled with it, ordered two appetizers, and she sprinted off to handle another table. Still no drinks, a drink menu, or the specials, or the strawberries and wine we'd ordered for this "special meal." After half an hour, we were given the appetizer of the table next (1 of 2 we ordered and bread we'd mistakenly assumed was standard), then told we ate theirs even though their main courses arrived two minutes later. Awkward. Still without plates or a drink menu. Interesting take on the whole "experience". The sparkling wine and strawberries we prepaid were also not waiting for us when we arrived as promised. Puzzled looks when the server came to tell us we ate someone else's appetizer and there is no surf and turf special as suggested by the Corinne website. The exhausted server eventually apologized to us and asked if we even wanted to place an order for dinner. Hmm, there's a thought. We realized the kitchen was beyond capacity and out of many dishes, the servers completely short-staffed, and we would be better served finding a meal at a food truck. As someone who worked in food service as a teen, I decided to drop cash for the appetizer we "stole," the one that never arrived, and a healthy tip for the staff that bothered coming to work vs sitting at home stoned. Not to pile on, but after returning from a six month deployment overseas, this was not the level of service I would hope for as a newlywed sharing his first Valentine's Day with his wife and trying to show her a nice time in the city. Sometimes you have to call a spade a spade, beurre flambé melted butter, and one star service one star service. This was a...
Read moreAmazing for so many reasons 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for the food for the service and the managers and the chefs. Amazing! You MUST come here. We ate staying at another hotel and came Herr. So glad we did. Our server Michele was the best and super sweet and the manager Taylor was also super sweet. The head chef was so awesome and answered all our questions and went above and beyond for us! I can't remeber the a head chef coming out to male sure we were happy.
Now! The food. We started with the Parker house rolls. Please order these! I have a love affair with butter so these are a huge hit.
We also had the burrata starter which was one of the best burratas I've ever had.
The spinach Cesar salad was perfect too. It had a good amount of avocado and the dressing was light. The only thing I'd say is serving the salad on a cold plate. I'm a huge fan of that.
We also had the mushroom Rigatoni which was perfect. We enjoy meatless dishes and this was nice to find on the menu. Pasta al dente and the sauce was so good.
We also enjoyed the key lime pie and peanut butter pie. Both were amazing. Textures were perfect but the key lime won just a tiny bit more than the chocolate but if you like chocolate and peanut butter you won't be disappointed. But the meringue on the key lime was perfection.
EDIT: we came back for breakfast. We got the biscuits, a ginger juice, the cor cake Benedict, and French toast.
The juice was nice and refreshing. The biscuits were small but nicely cooked and not dry. The corn cake Benedict was really good and worth getting. The flavor was fresh and nice.
The French toast however was a let down. It wasn't something we liked. It is more like a bread pudding but this was a bit over cooked for sure so it wasn't as good. I'd skip this one for sure. But as always...
